If it isn't attached there is a good chance his dogs will tear it up or drag it off. RJ is unwilling to replace or refund. His response is always well dogs will be dogs or puppies will be puppies. They pee and poop everywhere and again his response is well that's what they do. The shower house/toilet is old and needs replacing. Not open but just a couple months of the year. Only available for 1person at a time. The pond is not fit for fishing much less swimming. The water is stagnant unless it rains heavy then it flows over and when it floods it floods big time. You will get stuck. He has no scruples when renting a space out. The last couple had to get a tow truck for semis to pull out their motor home 3 times before the tow truck was able to leave. They just ended up leaving themselves. Don't blame them. There isn't any sewer hookups So you have to dump your own up at the dump station.

We stopped at the park office and bought some cold sodas and candy. The prices were reasonable and the park ranger was helpful. The scenery is great and the park history is interesting dating back to FDR's New Deal of the 1930's. Tip: be prepared (drinks, snacks, towels, fishing poles, bait, and whatever else you need for your little adventure- a first aid kit is not a bad idea either). I wish I had spent more time here exploring, so stop at the park office first for interesting maps and literature.

We were afraid that it would be too crowded, but there were still several spots with sufficient privacy. There are scores of campgrounds (some of them right on the waterfront), lots of RV hook-ups, a playground for kids, and boating and swimming access to the lake. Although hiking is somewhat limited (there are just a few miles of trails), the scenery is beautiful, and the sunset on the water was idyllic. Very convenient as a getaway if you live in the Tulsa area; I'm sure we'll camp here again!

The owner, who is very nice, also owns the BBQ place that is adjacent to the park. The BBQ is DELICIOUS by the way!!! No issues with power, water or sewer - everything worked well. We were able to get the concrete site which was pretty level. Wasn't expecting much in the way of internet access, but we were pleasantly surprised - really good internet!! There is a small building with a FREE washer and dryer in one room and a rest room/shower in the other. There is a road nearby but the noise wasn't bad at all. A couple trains per day go through town, but again, not bad. I wish there was a place like this in every town we stay in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

This location had one of the coolest advertisements we've seen -- putt putt golf, a kids…read moreplayground, a heated splash pad, a bounce pad, a full kitchen/restaurant, and even access to another nearby park. Unfortunately, almost none of it was actually available or functioning. The putt putt course was completely ripped to shreds. The greens were torn up and there were ants all over the course. The "playground" was basically three old coin-operated riding machines like you'd see outside a grocery store -- rusty and clearly unsafe. Calling that a playground for kids is ridiculous and honestly feels like an accident waiting to happen. The heated splash pad? Doesn't exist here. The bounce pad was broken down and clearly not working. The full kitchen/restaurant wasn't open at all. The front office was locked up most of the day. They're also still advertising access to another nearby park, but we were told that promotion is outdated and no longer valid. Yet the ads are still out there bringing people in. Don't rush to push spring break marketing when you literally have nothing working. Yes, we got a refund, which we appreciate -- but that's about the only positive thing to say. It's a shame because we've loved other Yogi Bear Jellystone parks, but the owners of this one clearly don't care about maintaining it. Avoid this place.

Left the Yogibear Eufaula campground last night at midnight after discovering the cabin was…read moreinfested with bedbugs. We spent all day playing and having fun outside and didn't realize the infestation until we came in to sleep. I'm talking up the walls in the bedroom, numerous amounts in the beds/on the pillows. Had to drive three hours back to Dallas with a crying child in the back that was devastated the camping trip was cut short. Management won't return my call, but they did refund our stay. I'm disappointed they won't have an actual conversation with me. My biggest concern now is bringing it into my home. I'm taking all precautions possible but still freaking out stay away! ETA: I called the Xtreme RV resort and spoke to the "CFO" and he said the housekeeper went over to the cabin and didn't see any bedbugs. Basically said they reimbursed us what else do we want them to do. I want to know what they plan to do if my house/car gets infested and he said we could contact his lawyer at that time. I'll put videos in the comments if the bugs. One more update! Someone tried to cancel their reservation for next weekend, concerned about bedbugs after my Facebook post and they refused as the person had "no proof" shady company for sure!

We stay here when my husband is off work so we are closer to family. We choose this campground…read morebecause it is cheap, close to Tulsa, and easy going. The manager is a really nice man, he is older, but will do anything he can to help you. There are a few people that stay here full time. A big complaint is the laundry/shower house, it really needs a face lift and some TLC that place is not inviting to shower in at all. In the laundry/shower house there are 2 washers, 2 dryers, 1 men's restroom with shower and 1 women's restroom with shower. I also wish there were more lighting around here at night. This campground is really jammed packed, you won't have a yard and not much room to park in your spot, luckily I drive a small car. The road right next to the campground is a route that emergency vehicles take every day/night, so you will hear sirens often. There are no bells and whistles to this place but we like the location and the price.
