The owner is shady and the property manager is an ass hat that will collect rent and verbally bash you when you need help....the water leaks at most taps, the sewage is blocked up a lot.....please come to me and I can show you all the drug use that goes on, and am willing and have filed police reports....their insurance doesn't cover anything and they will d by every claim until you get an attorney, then try to give the minimum. They even have country store on site that has souvenirs, beer, ice cream, snacks, condiments, paper towels and more. I am so appreciative for their kind hospitality.

They do have pretty clean restrooms which is definitely worth 5 stars alone but the lady who owns the park offered me an ice cold cola when we checked in which made my day. The only downside was that it was a little hard to find because there are no signs outside but just look for the big yellow mailbox on the front yard, and a house with the red roof, pull into the long gravel path and check in at the back of the home on the property. There's a special door in the back with a red porch where we checked in and paid. Overall a wonderful and peaceful stay!

Knowing my husband couldn't drive any further that night, I had no choice but to register. When I went into the clubhouse to use the bathroom. it's nothing but a trashy trailer. Also, as I'm recovering from an auto accident, the handicap ramp was blocked off, making it more difficult for me to enter. The restrooms/showers (there are only two) were absolutely disgusting and filthy. Further, there was no hand soap nor paper towels or dryers for drying hands. I could not wait to leave this place. At the center, a nice sized pond and an open area for play. As parks go, I enjoyed my walk this afternoon here despite the wind and rain. Keep to the side of the trail and try to keep your eye out for bicycles as there is definite debate as to who has the right of way (Hint: it's the pedestrians but when your handlebar hits someone and you dump into the road, it's too late.) Playgrounds, picnic tables under a huge picnic pavilion, a basketball court and a disk golf course round out the other goings on here. Oh, and a dog park.
