Today I went at 10:00 a.m. to get a prime rib for Christmas dinner they did not have a big one they had three little Prime ribs after 15 minutes we were able to finally track down the butcher who said yeah they can get one come back in 2 hours . I ended up buying the three small ones only getting one at the sale price spending well over $20 more . Walmart triggers my anxiety, but when the employees recognize and acknowledge you with a smile or pleasant comment, even the Manager, it's easy to feel comfortable and shop the store. Which in return the owners charge whatever they want. When asked why they do this they say If I spend 1 dollar I want to make 2. The owner and his wife Magali are rude to customers and especially Mexican customers that speak very little English. We live in a strong Agriculture community and these essential workers work long hours so when they leave work the banks are close. The Mexican store is where they go to cash their check and send money to Mexico. The owners verbally talk down to them charge them high fees to cash a payroll check and extra fees aside from the money transfer fees which I'm sure is illegal. Who do I report this to?
