It was obvious that maintenance is lacking.The appliances are old and it has shag carpet. The other problem is that they charge $45 application fees on every adult in the household which adds up. My daughter is Autistic and when we met with the manager she said "oh yeah, I need $45 more for her background check." We paid $135 total! If there's anything whatsoever wrong on your credit then they pocket the money and don't bother to call and tell you that you have been denied. I was a co- applicant and my history excluded us from being approved based on something from seven years ago... ridiculous! Save your money. With all their deposit requirements it was going to cost $2100 to move in which flabbergasted me... crazy! You'd think we were trying to get admitted into an exclusive club (eye roll)
