They claim to have pest control come every month but yet i have only seen them twice and we STILL have bugs. Unless you want back problems don't live here, the potholes going into the complex is enough to get your car out of alignment. The buildings are falling apart, the floors have nails popping out. One apartment needed the carpet replace,but the owners didn't replace it.but the moved someone in instead.one apartment has been sitting empty for about 5 months. Mold is under the carpet,the ceiling in the hall part of the living room is sinking down because of the water that has leaked in the attack.they put people who can not walk up a slope to the dumpster at the bottom.just because it is low income does not mean that they should not fix it up.please don't let anyone elderly move in here. People with breathing problems.
