We met I believe on a Tuesday and she had photos and videos done Thursday, house on the market Friday and open house Sunday. About a week later we moved to our new home in Huntsville leaving Tracy the keys to do whatever she needed to get the house sold. She stayed in contact with us constantly about every open house, she gave us feedback on making sure we had inspections done and when they were done, since we were living out of state she coordinated all the things that needed to be fixed. We left Olive Branch knowing our house was in the hands of family. We were the fourth house in our subdivision to go on the market that we were competing with along with the new builds still happening and our home sold before anyone else's (total 68 days). She told us we were in a weird season but she assured us she could get it done and she did.
