Recently, I opted to receive a medium intensity massage. Honestly, I didn't notice anything different. It was still pretty intense. I suppose I can request a light massage in the future, but I really need deep tissue massage by the time I break down and finally decide to part with my money. They take both credit cards and cash. They accept walk-ins. I always call ahead, although recently I have been using text messages to schedule my appointments. I typically get hour or hour and a half appointments. Ke managed to hit all my trouble spots in my neck and shoulders.
