When I called this store to verify if the items were available, they did reply. Yes, we have them items in stock available for you. My additional question was before I spend my time and gas to drive down there. Could you please give me the price of these items to see if they fit within my budget they refuse to give me the price of the items and told me I have to come into the store to get verification of price of the items that I had requested due to their so-called store policy that just sounds like to me that they're trying to bring you into the store meaning since you're in the store, you will be more willing to accept their price and pay it rather than leave and go shopping elsewhere even though you did all the research necessary to find out that this is a store that you want to shop at their customer service is very much more less than poor. I will not ever use this store for whatever reason even if it was the last door open on 1488 within I-45& spur -149 and I do advise anybody thinking of visiting to reconsider strongly and I will pass this along to all my friends and family members about how this store deals with their diligence and customers.

By the time I was done with my purchase, he made me feel quite comfortable of my investment and quality of the products. Jesus was patient (not just with me but the additional 5-6 patrons that shortly followed after I came in), he asked if I'd have a seat and wait (patiently (smiles) a moment so that he could assist me in the first time setup of the box mod, etc., in addition Jesus was knowledgeable of vapes, juices and their levels. Best experience and happy about my new box mod. Great atmosphere and great staff... Cool and quality selection of products and juices. If recommend for a newbie or existing vapor. ~PS~ Oh yeah, I had to go before Jesus could help me setup my box mod... but he asked that I call and he'd be happy to assist. Get this, he took like maybe 5mins (after he took care of an in process customer in the store) and walked me through piecing my box mod, battery and placing my juice in the tank together. Then told me to stop by anytime for additional assistance and other juices. Vape Council is awesome and about their customers as much as they are their business! Thanks!!!

I had done some research about CBD online, but it pales in comparison to the knowledge of the staff here. I was not oversold and was guided to a different variety of products to think over and given a great option to try. At no point did I feel like I had to buy anything or felt any pressure. I really learned a lot here and will definitely be back!

I have gone into this shop for about a year. I have purchased an e-cig, Suicide Bunny juice, and a hookah. On first appearance, this shop looks like a typical head shop, typical pipes, water pipes, etc., not really a focus. Mods are typical Chinese made mods, they do have nautilus tanks, which is nice. The primary draw is the large selection of pipes (which I don't use) and a decent selection of hookahs. Where this shop shines is the pleasant, personalized, eager, attentive customer service that actually gets to know their customer. The same guy has been present for 6 out of the 7 times I have gone into the shop.
