I've driven by this mall so many times on the freeway & I finally was able to go check it out…read more Good: plenty of parking, spacious walkways, clean, doggie potty area, big movie theater. Bad: mall is split up with streets running through it, parking is expensive, extremely limited number of stores to actually shop at, majority of stores are located across the Laurel Grove Drive which is quite a walk if you parked in the main lot in the middle of the complex. I only went to Daiso, Five Below, Starbucks because those were the only ones you can shop at in the main part of the mall which is unbelievably weird. It's like this mall had an identity crisis, couldn't figure out if it should be more of an entertainment center (movie theater, restaurants) or shopping center (Daiso, Five Below, Nordstrom Rack). Many vacancies, alot of random stores that you wouldn't go to unless you had or needed to like Spectrum, nail & beauty salons, orthodontist, chiropractor, Verizon, Carbon Health. The main part of the mall is Nordstrom Rack, Starbucks, Daiso, Five Below, LA Fitness. Gnomon (computer graphics, visual effects school) & Regal Cinemas take up the majority part of this section. There seems to be no thought to what a mall shopper would want or wish to go to when they arrive to the heart of a mall. On the "strip mall" area which is across the street and around the corner, there are Ulta, Trader Joe's, mostly cafes, quick bites like Jersey Mike's, Crumbl, It's Boba Time, MOD pizza. Again, only Ulta for someone looking to do mall shopping. Although this mall is modern, clean, great parking structure (expensive but lots of spaces), there's absolutely little to offer. Would I go back?? No way! This is an incredibly disappointing shopping center & if you're hoping to do some retail therapy, go to Sherman Oaks Galleria or Westfield Fashion Square.

This has developed so much since I was here in 2021 and I like the new additions like Nordstrom…read moreRack and LA Fitness. They have a few elevated fast food-ish places like a Mediterranean place owned by Umami. We scored a free parking spot outside the garage so no validation was needed.

Visually, superior to Downtown Disney. Selection of shops and eateries, I cannot say the same. I've…read moregone to Disney more, so apologies for the constant comparison. Parking varies if on if you have a pass, if you're just going to the theme park, and if you're going to do validation only for City Walk. Though, it's pretty cool that it's reduced after 5 PM (technically you can do this for Disney, and , but it's after 7-ish instead). The scale of everything and the neon lights, and photo ops are much more impressive. Great to look at, at night and this was the location of my senior prom. Wish I had the intellect to just wander around City Walk instead of being forced to be in one of their event buildings only with some of the most cringe people I've met in my life. But I digress. Dining options are tad more limited with more desserts and quick service, standard fast food chains (probably the craziest Raising Cane's I've ever seen), and a couple of sit down restaurants. Neat that they have a Pink's since it's so closely tied to Hollywood history. For shopping, they do have a bunch of businesses that you can find at your local mall like Lids, Hot Topic, Shoe Palace (lol), Tilly's and much more. I think for the must stops and unique shops, it'd be the Sanrio and Hello Kitty Cafe, that chocolate emporium place (insane name), the Line Friends shop, and of course the shop that sells all the merch from Universal Studios. Due to the distance and the cost, it's not a place I'd go out of my way for, but if you're already at Universal or it's after 5 PM, it's worth it as a tourist and to explore.

This is an amazing place to visit, sightsee, shop, and eat lunch or dinner. It reminds me a lot of…read moredowntown Disney. Make sure to check out parking before you go. A good plan is to use the Jurassic parking area (valet parking). You can get your ticketed validated at any of the main restaurants for 3.5 hours and the price is only $15.00. The most striking thing we noticed was the actual beauty of the architecture of each store. Even raising canes was amazing. Each store like Bubba Gumps and Margaritaville are really decorated nicely. We ate at Margaritaville and they have excellent food. Antijitos Mexican restaurant has some of the nicest decor i have ever seen. We plan to eat there next time. So many other shops to explore like It's Sugar and the gigantic chocolate emporium. I highly recommend making an outting here even for just some exercise or to come for lunch at one of these unique restaurants.

As a shopping center staple of the 818 it's an "OZ" like hub of some of my favorite haunts in the Los Angeles Valley... Including Vegan Studio, the heart aka hearty eat spot that I discovered in 2020... Residuals, a great divey bar for liquid courage, in the corner of this shopping ceneter and Drip & Roll, the brain or rather brain freeze you didn't know you needed with non-dairy options as well as many classic curds but more so whey like frozen desserts. The parking lot is fairly easy to navigate and usually you'll be in luck, however as more businesses shift back into running at some larger capacity for indoor and/or outdoor enjoyment... Street parking is always your friend and there's plenty of it! Get your haircut, your back kneaded, your nails did and maybe a tattoo via the famous Studio City Tattoo just next door to this perfect plaza of local small biz enjoyment. Don't forget to fuel up at many choice food spots as well like Sushi Dan or Tortas Mexico or my choice pick My Vegan Studio. Many more small businesses just next door and beside here with a big public transit hub for a more green day and central to tons of spots and conveniences... What more could you want!

When I say tiny, I mean like something close to a perfume that is not too big in size. I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall. There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). Very content and impressed with everything & everyone! Keep up the good work! Will be back again soon.. if & when I am in the area, and/if I need anything else for me, for a gift, or something else.. Hope this store will NOT go out of business!!

I have discovered new brands here (like Rothys) and they have a great selection of sneakers. They have an especially amazing selection if you wear size 10 and above. I only wish my size 9 feet were a little bigger.
