Sophomore year she got a new teacher and I don't like him very much. He waits until too much time has passed to let me know if my daughter missed work (I know this is on my daughter but the taking too long is what irritates me) he always seems to cop an attitude when I am explaining things to him, and doesn't want to be bothered. I also don't like that he uses caps lock to make a point to my daughter in emails. I will be putting her in regular classes come the fall of '24 I wish there was another independent study teacher besides the current one.

Lol My daughter was part of Wendys program for over two years and we never once had a complain. What Makes Wendys program different is that its very small. Usually just 10-12 kids max. I loved that she plans trips for the kids (with parents help of-course), the kids have outside play on nice days and they are always learning with filled day activities. She has a weekly program that changes from week to week explaining what your child will be learning and doing each day. My favorite was seeing the photos she posts on the schools social page because I would get to see what my daughter was doing while I was at work. Even after I stopped working in Albany I would still make the drive to keep taking my daughter to Wendy,but eventually with another little one it just became hard so we had to switch to something closer to home.
