The doctor's sister is her receptionist and you really get a sense of it being a family affair. I felt super comfortable with Dr. Trebian and she was very approachable in her demeanor. My insurance gave me some issues about switching birth control and she was very helpful in assisting me with finding a new solution. The only downside is that they like you to schedule your yearly feminine check ups VERY far in advance, like over 6 months. It is really hard to get appointments in the afternoon.

A woman with a scorpion tattoo on her arm made me feel so confident and secure. I wish she was My friend, because you need people like her in your life. The doctor was an Angel!! She was so sweet to me and truly a kind soul. I enjoyed talking to her! The nurse who helped her during the procedure was wonderful. She talked so calmly and made me feel safe. A lady at the front desk who had a long ponytail who had talked to me about maybe getting lion finger tattoos with her husband was also great! She went above and beyond to help me when I was feeling sick. She even came to me to talk to me and made me comfortable. All of these women made me feel happy, positive, secure and safe. I cherish the fact that I got to meet them. They'll forever be in my heart. I plan to volunteer there to help out. I will be going in a couple of weeks to do so. They're truly miracle workers. I haven't felt so valued in years. I went home missing their kindness. I wish I could give this more stars. As far as the surgery it's nothing like it used to be even a few years ago. It's much safer now. Don't believe the lies out there. So many pro life people zoom pictures 100x or more larger than they are. Load a pregnancy app that tell you compared to fruit and veggies how large the fetus is at each week. You'll see that what pro lifers say is so untrue. These huge blown up pictures are really something as small as a pea at times. Don't believe the religious hype. Do what feels right for you. This place is NOT pro abortion, it is pro womens rights. They don't promote abortion, they explain and help inform you, so you can make the right choice for you. It's a beautiful place

They go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. This is truly a 100% judgement free establishment. I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt during my appointment (doctor was EXCELLENT) and it was all because of the staff members, especially Emily ;) She was such a support and a great distraction. The nurse in the recovery area was also so great to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. The facility was clean and I can't say enough good things about this not-so-fun experience. All the staff there deserve a huge pat on the back.

I was told upon check in that our insurance was out-of-network, and I told the receptionist that I didn't want to proceed with the visit. She called her manager over, they entered a few more things into the computer, and then confidently assured me that the appointment would be in-network. Later received a $530 bill from Aurora. I called the customer service line and was told it was my fault that I didn't further question the receptionist's manager. Really disappointed in the customer service here, from the beginning of the visit to the billing experience, and I would not recommend receiving care here unless you're very confident in your network coverage.
