I told her I have a 31' travel trailer and would like to know if any lots are available. She said there weren't any available right now, started coughing -- then suddenly I was disconnected. Or so I thought. (Really, she hung up on me! Without even saying goodbye!) I called back and asked if I could get on a wait list hear rates and she said they don't have ANY lots for travel trailers -- THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! THUMBS DOWN, RUDE LADY!

We were informed of a rent price increase and not given the 28 days to decide if we wanted to pay or move. It is mostly empty now with liquor bottles and more around the park. I would not suggest moving here unless you want rent increases twice a year and nothing fixed in your home and no maintenance to the grounds in general.

The drinking water here is absolutely disgusting comes out bright orange and sometimes even black. All the trees have emerald ash borer and they say that you're on the list in quotation marks to have your tree cut down it's a danger to people. The playground is in terrible disrepair they added some equipment and even that is already broken. The management is a lady sitting in a office some where in Illinois sheri Saxton and she is very incapable of doing her job correctly maybe she should come out to the property once in awhile. I have broken concrete from the flooding and I believe a sink hole may open and swallow my trailer. According to MN law the property owners are responsible for proper drainage of the lot! I have tried to midagate the problem with my own money I have bought and spread out 10 yards of dirt and it keeps washing away! The street lights that they put in last year still don't all work and it is very dark at night. Potentially a safety hazard. The lot rent keeps going up every year and the amenities have gone down now we have to pay for our garbage and to have the lawn sprayed for weeds. Even though we rent the lot! I don't have a lot of time to deal with this but I have been contacting everyone I can think of. If anyone has any ideas on how I can solve this problem I would appreciate it thanks
