I have an intake meeting with the department of human rights. I didnt receive parking passes for more than a year and had to have an attorney get them because I have a service animal. Krista is the most demeaning person I have ever worked with. She is the Manager. She will lie just to lie. A lot of residents now record any time they have to go speak to her and many refuse to even go speak to her. There was a 28 page rule book put out plus a home standards guide along with a new lease. You cant breathe here.

I wish they had a better way to cancel the job. You have 3 days to cancel but in order to cancel it you either mail it or hand deliver. I don't trust the mail getting it there on time, so I drove 5 miles and hand delivered it. Email would have been way better.

When my husband played the voicemail I asked if it was our insurance guy- nope, it was Budget Exteriors. We called the number back and the guy that answered was rude and didn't even listen to us. They obviously do not care who they hire. Be careful when dealing with this company.
