I try to post about it in our community website to let the community know to lock up and watch their cars for admin to deny my post and tell me they will address the community about it.. trying to hide what's really going on in this park refuse to answer phone and nickle and diming for everything they can... maintenance is awful live in a skate rink most of the year plowed in every driveway so we all have huge ice mounds preventing anyone from getting home.. mandatory to have grass but when you water it it turns your house colors from the hard water then you get notices about How your siding needs washed or replaced from the hard water stains.. don't even get me started on the parking multiple different passes some allowing you to only parking in your driveway if you don't have it towed to Stacy mn 33 min 30 miles away to what im assuming must be family/friend tow company!! others allowing you to park at the office if you don't have it towed 30 miles away change rules not dont make it very clear everything goes paperless so if your not tech savy good luck wish I could just come home and live in peace and I'm sure there will be some sort of retaliation for this post from management but I feel the community and any one looking to move in should know there are thieves living amongst us and management or summit is 100% monie hungry!!! We have NEVER been later than the last day of the month, and that only happened once. We are late every month due to my health. I am dying. And I am hoping that I can get some help getting disability or something so that we don't have the threat of being thrown out on the street every month.
