However, I haven't been sleeping much and also dealing with a lot of stress atm.....She explained that she reset my nervous system and helped open/drain my sinuses along with releasing tension from my TMJ masseter muscles. She said I might feel heightened sensitivity and emotions the next few days which I'm feeling 10 mins after the session. I was so relaxed that I had to sit in my car for 10 minutes bc I was worried I might get sleepy from the sway of my car driving lol. I do think this experience was worth it and I'm extremely lucky to have a company sponsored HSA that covered my treatment. I will update my review after the next few days. I would first like to state that I am the most ideal candidate you could probably have for this procedure. I was 40 at the time, workout 4x a week with weights, walk 2-3 days a week, eat a healthy diet, stay on top of my hydration, do lymphatic drainage techniques regularly, etc. .... so a fairly fit and healthy individual with stubborn problem areas which is what Airsculpt is supposed to be for. My main issue was loose under arm skin that came from genetics, not weight loss as I have never been overweight and some typical excess fat women carry there. After my procedure I saw about 30% improvement which in my opinion was definitely not enough considering how good of a candidate I am and how much the procedure cost (about 10K). I went back and expressed my disappointment and that I expected a revision to be done. Dr.Hanz was not my surgeon for the first procedure but he agreed to be my surgeon for the revision. We had talked and agreed on that it was mostly the skin that was the issue so that the revision didn't necessarily need much more fat taken out, maybe a little, but that the main focus should be skin tightening. The revision surgery day came in June 2025 and Dr. Hanz and I talked one more time right before surgery about how it was the Skin that needed more addressing. Then what did he do? He took out even more fat than the first surgery! When I came out of surgery and the nurse told me that, my first thought was, "why would he take even more fat if loose skin was the issue? Wouldn't that just cause even more loose skin?!" But I decided to wait and see how the results turned out. Well here it is August 2026 and guess what? I was exactly right! Not only did it cause the loose skin to be more obvious but the over correction caused deformities in my arms. I'm so embarrassed about my arms now and to make it worse, my aesthetic is how I make my living. I understand that all surgeries can come with complications including aesthetic ones but in my opinion, this could've been mostly avoidable had the first surgery been done correctly and/or the second surgery actually been what we talked about. I expected so much more especially for that price tag. I am now having to look into a mini brachioplasty to fix the issue. Definitely not worth it for what it cost both financially and emotionally now that my arms have deformities and embarrassing loose skin. The first photo of my arm straight looks like fat hanging but it's mostly skin. The second photo with my arm bent and my skin tighter shows you the deformity all along the inside of my arm.

I didn't know quite what to expect but everything about my visit was a DREAM. First of all, walking in, the atmosphere is so relaxing and it smells SO GOOD everywhere! Whether I was in the reception area, the bathroom, or the treatment room, I couldn't help but notice how good it smelled EVERYWHERE. Loved that! Also - the playlist was AMAZING and my technician told me they have their playlists on spotify and she told me which one was being played in case I wanted to reference it after my session. I LOVED this as well! Speaking of my technician, Sandra - she was INCREDIBLE! Seriously so kind, so patient, and so talented!! I did the 60 Minute Master Tox + Sculpting Facial and this lady snatched me ALLLLL the way up!! I actually had an event the following day and got a million compliments about how toned I looked! The results continued to improve for the rest of the week and I really felt like my body got the reset I needed. Whenever I was leaving, they gave me this delicious tea in the cutest cup! It was such a great way to wrap up such a relaxing experience. I absolutely LOVE it here and I hope they bring one to Frisco ASAP but in the meantime, I will be making the trip to Southlake. Unlike previous lymphatic massages, this was full on pressure from top to bottom (I signed up for the facial- body combo). I left feeling relaxed not knowing if that was going to be the end effect. I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... It's been a week and a half and still see the effects while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
