I am going to start by saying that this is not a doctor issue but a medical practice issue…read more I have been seeing Dr. Rogers for a couple of years now. He is probably one of the kindest, most understanding and sincere doctors I have seen in a long time. His bedside manners are fantastic, I never feel rushed and I always feel like he cares about making me feel heard. His MA is wonderful, they are always super friendly and helpful. As for Village Medical as a facility - this place needs a lot of help. Trying to communicate with a provider is difficult. You cannot call the office directly, you send a message it takes days to get a reply. You use the chat or call the help line and it takes days for you to get some type of a reply from anyone. The answer is always "we will get back to you in a week." Sometimes a week is a very long time when you have a pressing issue. There is certainly a disconnect between the patient and provider. It is all corporate and help desk. When I get feedback from my pharmacy that I need a pre-authorization, or there is a question, it takes about a week to get any type of resolution because you cannot communicate with the office directly. If it was not for the fact that I like my doctor so much I would leave this place. Finding a good doctor is very tough. I just wish this place would get it together.

I was seriously considering engaging with this business for peptide treatment, but I was surprised…read morehow incompetent and shady their doctors are. Peptides is an unregulated business with a massive amount of disinformation and misrepresentation out there, so it's not uncommon to request supporting documentation about the peptides the business sells. Such documentation involves questions about the source of peptides and the testing process of a particular batch that they are selling to me. Here this is the text thread with the doctor from this clinic. You judge for yourself the level of transparency they have: Me: Hello doctor, I was wondering if you can provide certificates of testing for a particular batch of Wolverine pack that you are planning to sell to me. Specifically, I'm looking for certificates for these tests. doctor: we only order from 503B Pharmacies. Please research what 503B vs 503A is. Only 503A provides COA's. 503B pharmacy medications are tested by FDA. 503B has much higher leve of testing standards. Me: Ok, that's good to know. Would you be able to tell me which 503B pharmacy you are sourcing the product from? doctor: I'm sorry, we won't be able to disclose to you which 503 B Pharmacies we have contracts with. Me: Thank you for letting me know. The lack of transparency is not necessary a dealbreaker, but still a red flag for me. Given the amount of misinformation and misrepresentation on vendors and practitioners out there, I hope you understand my level of scrutiny. If your source pharmacy is 503A, I would need testing doc on my batch. If you are sourcing from 503B, Can you at least confirm that: - your source is FDA-registered 503B and is on the FDA list https://www.fda.gov/drugs/human-drug-compounding/registered-outsourcing-facilities - whether final vials undergo sterility and endotoxin testing - whether batch-specific potency testing is available - whether peptides are manufactured in the U.S." doctor: we can 100% guarantee all of our 503B Pharmacies that we contract with are on the FDA list that you sent a link for. I think it is great for you to ask all of these questions as most of our patients do also. We are a bespoke concierge medical practice and stand by our products. Best of luck in your search for quality peptides. I'm sorry but I think dont think we are the best company for you moving forward. I have to get back to seeing all of my patients today, i have a full schedule. Best of luck, take care.
