Ariel at the front desk is a big reason I'd recommend living here. She's incredibly reliable and attentive, whether it's packages, questions when I'm traveling, or just the little things that come up day to day. She's also genuinely warm and always nice to talk to when I come in. She really makes the building feel more like home. The rest of the team has been great too. Em made my move-in easy and stress-free, and Pedro is always quick to help whenever something needs fixing. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and just makes living here easy. You can have a beautiful building with great amenities, but at the end of the day, it's the people who make you enjoy living somewhere. This place has a really good team.

Here's what has changed: - Management has stepped up social programs like outdoor yoga and other activities. - Once or twice a month we have food trucks in our parking lot, always a nice alternative to cooking! - Occasionally we have resident appreciation parties - Holiday parties and free present wrappjng station, a really nice touch. - I now have my own enclosed garage, yes it costs extra but not always available at other apartment complexes. On the downside, in the middle of the week, a two day fire alarm test took place, I had to find somewhere else to work. I wasn't happy. They said it was a city fire Marshall thing but while we were warned in advance, it was not fun. Maintenance is all over this place, everything is clean and beautiful. It's almost not worth buying a property when you consider how much taxes, HOA and insurance costs; right on the water. It's still a wonderful place to live and I give Aura my second five star rating!

Once I finished, I decided I had no need for the TWO (Dirty) coffee machines, the dishware caked in crusted food, the lamps with visible stains on the shade or the surplus of dirty pots and pans. After checking with the staff they informed me, quite rudely that I must keep all of the original soiled items in the studio or face being kicked out with 30 min or less notice. The entire place is infested with termites and be prepared to wake up to roaches. Utilities are advertised as included in the weekly rate yet I had no wifi for 4 days and my Tv is still not functioning after having paid another week in full. Was offered no reimbursement. Was also informed they can and will enter my room on a regular basis without so much as even a text message. Came back after a weekend away to see my belongings covered in paint and $800 missing from my wallet. They said they'd look into it . After following up a few days later I was told "I couldn't prove it" Beware as they also consistently fail to provide receipts. I was under the impression this was an apartment complex now I see LESTER ; the EX CON manager is either using this business as a side hustle scam or a laundering front. Do yourself the favor, go someone else!
