Identified a problem with the battery charged $319 for a battery that MOPARS sells for $220, $130 to install. Identified front tire wear, (really had another 10,000 miles) Charged $370 for 2 tires that are available on Amazon for $220. Then $139 for alignment (not needed). Showed a frayed belt, ok replace but probably did not need the Tensioner and Idler pully at a cost of $302 for parts available at MOPARS for $153. Total cost of $1053.61. Did a rear axle service (which wasn't needed because Vehicle only had 22,944 miles, maintenance book says not needed until 40,000 miles. The night before the work was performed the service manager was told not to do the maintenance and put the car back together but he did the work anyway. Definitely illustrates the fact that dealership profits are heavily dependent on service charges and that service managers are rewarded in one manner (mostly $) or another for piling repairs on normal service.

I went back to Mcnabb,, they told me residual oil running down the suspension from original leak. I left pulling trailer back to California. 1 day into the drive major drip started again. California Dodge dealership tells me drip is from poor quality workmanship at Mc Nabb shop. California quotes $5,800 to replace the gaskets. Mc Nabb shop refuses to pay for repairs to fix their screw up. I have spoken to 2 different Dodge mechanics and 1 independent diesel mechanic who said repair from McNabb mechanic was done incorrectly. Very frustrated McNabb won't stand behind their workmanship.

A TOTAL SCAM AND WE WILL BE IN COURT SOON…read more My name is Yohanka Reyes and I am reviewing Mr. Rahmani and his dealer. I purchased a vehicle from him for 11k through Marketplace. Before I drove to the dealer that's 3 hrs away I asked if this vehicle was involved in any accidents and other questions to which I was responded that it had no issues whatsoever. I pay with a check and he said he would send the title once the check cleared which did next day. After 2 weeks and asking repeatedly for the title we received it and to our surprise it said Rebuilt Title. I took the car to CarMax for an appraisal and after the inspection and because of the rebuilt title the value of the car is only $2500. I contacted him because by law he had to handled me a document before selling me the car with all the details regarding the Rebuilt Title which he didn't. He is trying to scam me and now he apparently forged my signature as well. Which person in the right mind purchases a vehicle with a Rebuilt Title for full price? We have contacted an attorney and will be seeing him in court very soon. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER

We purchased a 2007 Tahoe from Mike's Auto Sales last year. Two days after the purchase the water…read morepump went out in the middle of the road. They hesitated taking the truck back to fix it because it was sold "as-is" but they did, reluctantly. Now we are trying to renew the tags on the truck (we simply had tags transferred last time) it was not able to pass emissions. Low and behold the check engine light was blown so who knows how long it had actually been on. After sinking another $2,500 into the truck to get the knock sensors, catalytic converter, and intake gaskets replaced it still failed emissions. We pulled the dash out to look instrument cluster (where the check engine light is) and found it had been replaced by a SALVAGE YARD! So now we will have to replace the entire cluster costing an additional $400-$500 just for the part - not including labor. Please know we understand this was a used vehicle and with that we expected to have to fix some things here and there. But to have not been told of the work that had been previously done and told that it was a running, well working vehicle, and the check engine light was not on was obviously misleading to obtain the sale. For all we know this owner knew of the issues the car had and was just trying to get it off the lot at the cost of the customer. I would NOT recommend buying a car from Mike's. Please do yourself a favor and look else where. *Updated: Only weeks after the repairs above were completed, the transmission started going out. We are now almost $5,000 into repairs not even a year after buying the vehicle.

At that time I found out the truck had been wrecked, air bag deployed, and structural damage. This turned a $9,000 vehicle into a $2,400 vehicle. Buyer beware, they do not do a Carfax. Do your own due diligence - I did not, and it has caused a huge problem. I put too much trust in people but have learned my lesson.
