He said it was probably a wiring issue with Erika in service also having prior knowledge of my mom's issues with her car . But as always they give the pad answer oh nothing is wrong. Even better Nissan didn't care about my mom driving an unsafe vehicle nor the condition. Kick in the pants my boyfriend who is a mechanic has fixed the issue and Nissan wasn't even courteous enough to call and talk to my mom to even try to make the car better! After John Roberts Nissan in Manchester ran diagnostics on my sons 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum for the AV screen, radio, and air not working on August 19th, 2025; they gave me a quote of $8,928.60 (before tax) to repair the problem. In speaking with the lady at the desk, where you drive your car in, she was very short with me. When I declined service and stated that we would remove, and look at the head-unit storage device and operating system (whether it be an SD card or a hard-drive) she acted as if I was imbecilic. When I asked what they would replace, she said the entire system and that I can't access inside the dash. She appears to be a nice person; just one who has no clue about the system. I arrived for my 1pm appointment and was told the mechanic was out for lunch and it would be awhile: I had no problem with that. Yet, I don't think, anyone ran sufficient diagnostics! I have a copy of the service manual on my kitchen table! I was able to repair the system in about 3 hours, by replacing the AV head-unit with one I picked up for $127 (tax and shipping included) from an on-line site selling parts from wrecks. Nissan wanted over $6,000 for a new one. Now, I have to look at the power steering system that they claim is leaking from the rack. It does not leak from the rack here or up on the lift at my mechanics shop! We're going to replace the O-ring and see if that fixes the problem they want $3,926.00 plus tax, to repair. So, they wanted $12,854.60 to effect repairs: before adding taxes. That would be over $14,000. They appear to be unable to problem solve and simply want to replace entire systems; rather than the AV storage device (microSD or hard drive) and/or the power steering pump O-ring. They certainly appear to think that we are idiots. I'm thrilled that the quotes from John Roberts Nissan were so outrageous. Had they been rational quotes ('Recommendations') I likely would have paid because I'm in the middle of a remodel. Thank goodness I found 3 hours on 8/27/25 and fixed my sons vehicle for lunch money. read more

Really good car buying experience. In this area where Nissans are manufactured nearby, the other dealerships have a ton of hidden gotcha fees and add-ons. Not here. Their doc fee is much more reasonable than the competition and they are straight to the chase to sell a car. No extra pricing for lifetime power train, no "benefits" we are going to throw on the price to up the cost. We drove a little further for the car we wanted at this dealer - but they were fair and moved the process along. Other dealers wanted to haggle APR when credit was a non-issue for our car deal. I truly don't know where to start. TJ and Dan made this experience so relieving and exciting all at the same time! My future husband is the one who purchased his first car, and while he feels overwhelmed, the process went SO smoothly. Dan was very funny, personable, and polite -- his mission was making sure we were taken care of mentally and physically. TJ went above and beyond for us to make sure the process was smooth and to keep us at the lowest rate possible. We've already talked to and been to multiple dealers who gave us outrageous APRs in the hopes of securing commission from a couple in the mid twenties who didn't know any better. My wife and I had been looking for a new truck for over a year. We decided to wait until we found the perfect truck for us both. We finally decided on a new Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab. After doing some research, we decided to go to Roberts Nissan in Manchester, TN to try and make a purchase. The salesman we worked with was rude to my wife and became argumentative with her. Not only was the offer on our trade sub-standard, but his attitude left a lot to be desired. Neither of us had ever met anyone that was so unprofessional and tacky. When we asked if the salesman could put together numbers that we could look at both ways, with the low APR and/or the rebate, he stated he could not "re-invent" math. We felt like the salesman was trying to wash the numbers or do some kind of funny math to come up with a figure that would benefit them and rip us off. I would stay away from this dealership and look elsewhere when purchasing a new Nissan. There are other dealers that are way more respectful. My wife and I purchased our new truck at a different Nissan dealer where we were treated in a respectful and professional manner. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I called to alert them & I have filed an identity theft fraud report with the credit agencies, but these jerks will not call me back. I'm clear across the country & have never been to TN, much less this dealership and do not know if it really exists or if this is just a huge scam. We set up an inquiry & a SCHEDULED test drive for a particular used car days in advance at a specific time, and we both left work early to make the over an Hour long trip down to Manchester...about a mile from the Exit, the dealership gives us a call telling us they JUST sold the car and the paperwork was being filled out right then and there from the people who bought it. This just goes to show how the sales people there value their own Commission checks over their Customer Service & Pre-made scheduling....shame on them for such incompetence & greed! Wasted over an hour driving down there for ABSOLUTELY nothing! Do not even give this dealership the time of the day, you are better off at a place that actually puts value into their customers instead of only seeing them as their own personal gain, nothing more. read more

We did not have a good experience. Our sales consultant acted as if he did not want to sell us the SUV and was not very helpful. We had it delivered as we live 4 hours away. We looked at numerous pictures of the vehicle online and it looked fine. Once it was delivered we noticed a dent in the back hatch door. Not noticeable in the pictures. It was also never disclosed to us, which buying it sight unseen we felt that should have been important to them. Other dealers that we were dealing with were very transparent about condition. They were not concerned about making it right as well. We also received the SUV without any paperwork or temporary tag, so we could not drive it. We had to contact them to send everything several times. We finally received it 7 days later, but had to insist they overnight it or it would have been longer. We never felt like they cared about our business. We do not recommend John Roberts Nissan. read more

I recently bought a 2013 370Z. The salesman was nice but seemed to be new. The person I talked with about the car was not so nice. I didn't try to talk him down, I told him what payments I would be ok with. At first, he tryed to convince me I was crazy. Then he finually got me a rate that I told him I could get from my bank. I was not really pleased with the deal but I have been looking for everything I wanted on a Z for awhile and this was the one I liked the most. A couple of days after I purchased the car, I emailed the dealership back to see if they would give me a deal on new kick plates since I paid full price for the car. I recieved no reply so I tryed again, still no reply. I have bought expensive cars before and have always been called back in a few days to see if I liked the car. But no call and not even a reply to my email from Roberts Nissan in Manchester. I love my car but I would never deal with this dealership again and I would not recommend that anyone else did.
