Camp rokilio truly lives up to its name of cub scout world. I joined my 8 year old son for a summer…read morecamp in 2015 and was very impressed by the both the staff and the facilities them self. Parking at camp rokilio is very limited so be sure to carpool with other pack members. They provide wagons and carts to get gear to buildings. Our pack stayed in the space station this session. Camp rokilio features 5 theme buildings. One a western fort, a medieval castle, train station, space station, and Viking ship. You can stay in your theme building on bunk beds or bring your own tent to sleep In. There is a lake with boating, swimming and beach sports. The camp offers an agility course, to assist with team building and both a BB gun range and archery range. The staff was well trained and many accredited by the summer camp association. Each day was filled with fun activities and games. There is also a trading post to buy souvenir its. The dining hall offered 3 meals per day and we had two large group Bon fires. I highly recommend any parent trying to decide wether to attend or their son to attend to check out the camp website video. The true test of wether my son enjoyed this camp or not was when he asked if he could come back again next year. Yes he will!!

Yes, summer camp has bugs and tents and the great outdoors - I don't see that as a negative. There are plenty of summer camps that cater to all types of kids, including those that need internet and air conditioning in order to have a good time. My favorite part about the programming at Camp Anokijig is the amount of self-directed choices each camper gets to make, every day. Skills are chosen once they arrive at camp. There are multiple free periods each day, where all camp activities are fully staffed and the campers get to choose what they want to do. These campers get more age-appropriate independence and the opportunity to make their own decisions during one week at Camp Anokijig than they do anywhere else.

From the reception, the moment you step in the door till the moment you leave the door the doctor is extremely knowledgeable. I've been there for about 2 years now. I initially went for chronic ankle and knee pain. Currently, I have 0 pain in my ankle as long as I continue to receive treatments. Maybe on a monthly basis right now. As far as my knee, there are other factors involved within my knee. But my pain has decreased drastically. I currently have an issue with a hip and some muscles attached to that. Hip, the doctor has just started working on my hip. My first treatment for one of those muscles was Tuesday, tenth of March 2026. I have not had the same level of pain in that area. Since the treatment I have built a good relationship with the doctor she's very knowledgeable, as I have said before, she's helping me to take a whole health approach to my issues outside of what acupuncture is helping me with. I do know that acupuncture can help with many different issues from the mind and body to the soul. I am very appreciative that the Department of Veterans Affairs allowed me to try this treatment. And I have continued on my own. As I have personal experience that the treatments are working. I encourage anyone with any kind of pain. Maybe even depression or as I've been learning seasonal metabolic issues, I've also heard of allergy. It's use behavior issues that can be treated through this methodologing acupuncture. I can't say enough about this place. I've recommended it to all the veterans. I know even though it might be a longer drive than some of the locations in Green Bay. I'm not sure as I've never experienced it at the Green Bay locations. That provide acupuncture, but as far as i'm concerned, acupuncture by the lake in manitowoc, wisconsin is worth the drive, and it is worth every dollar you put into it as well as your own effort to have a better life, both healthy and mind and body
