I just leave a package at this store April 20 and the package was lost I contacted fedex's company about this and open a claim and they said that the package never get to them so this look like is the guy working there stolen the item never seen something lime this before I really don't recommend this place read more

This is one of the most unprofessional places you can go to! They have left my packages for days in their store without even noticing, I have had to personally call them and figure out what happened. They also only have one pick up time A DAY which is at 4 pm, meaning if you leave your package at 4:10 pm your package will not be picked up until the NEXT day at 4 pm EVEN if you paid extra money in UPS or FEDEX to be an overnight package, they don't even have the courtesy to notify you about their store pick up time once they scan your package and see the delivery option you chose and PAID for! Ive been doing business here for years but they gave a package of mine to USPS instead of FEDEX and have taken no responsiblity. I've been politely calling and emailing for three months to no avail. I AM VERY DISSATIFIED. broken primises and keeps blaming USPS to date no package and no responsibililty. read more

I'm not sure why the other reviews score this store so low. I've been going to Lakes Postal for the past four years and I can tell you that the manager (who is there alone most of the time) will bend over backwards to assist you with whatever she can. This place is a quick and simple one stop shop. Faxing, copies, shipping, packing, etc. Being a regular, I can tell you that the previous reviews are providing false information. Clearly posted only because they want a service that is not provided. There isn't a computer for the public use, so I'm not quite sure why they would think they could have access to the store's register/computer. However, you can email the documents directly to the store and have it printed for approximately $0.30. The prices are clearly posted in the store...$1.00 per page for faxing while it's at least $1.50 ANYWHERE ELSE. As far as shipping, this is a privately owned post office so the prices aren't government based. If you value your time and would rather pay a few cents more then I'd visit Lakes Postal Center. read more

I would give them no stars if I could because they don't deserve any stars. Not only was the person who helped me very rude, but she also tried to cheat me out of 20 cents. I went there to buy a box to mail something. The cashier said it was $5. I paid her and asked for a receipt since this was for someone else. The cashier takes 20 cents out of the register and bangs it on the counter. She then hands me a receipt for $4.80 and says "There!" She then goes to the next person. Extremely rude! Don't go here, instead go to the place across the street next to Chipotle. I've been to that one and they're very nice. read more

Last time dropping off here. I dropped off a FEDEX labeled package ready to go, only had to be scanned by them and picked up by the FEDEX driver. Package is lost... Shows package was never scanned, I can't track the package or file a claim because it's as if the package was never received. Label was purchased and printed directly from the FEDEX website with our account. After weeks of following up, trying to get security camera footage, checking with FEDEX and calling Lakes Postal Service the package is nowhere to be found, the girl at the office keeps giving me the excuse she has no access to the footage and none of the FEDEX drivers have returned the package. I'm out $250 dollars for the item I was returning and don't even have the item! read more

Hey fellow Yelpers if you work in an environment where you ships through different carriers or you use multiple shipping carriers on a daily basis I highly recommend "Lakes Postal Service " it's literally a one stop shop. They handle all the mail and shipping services DIM, FOX, UPS, USPS and the employees have a happy demeanor and are always willing to help. Especially if you need help packaging your items and they are reliable with shipping. I ship a lot and never have a missed or lost delivery. Great idea to have everything under one roof. Especially with traffic now a days. Stop by and take care of all your shipping needs there. read more

For those of you that are constantly moving or traveling, I have a solution for you! Lakes Postal has mailboxes and will receive/hold your mail. They have a physical address so mail that regularly won't be delivered to a PO Box will get delivered here without a problem. You get a key to the actual store's front door, so you can go in and get your mail at anytime. Genius! You can pay monthly or annually like I did and receive a discount. I recently used their fingerprinting service and the entire process took less than 10 minutes! read more

Horrible horrible horrible! Everything from customer service to pricing is subpar at this business. I have been to Lakes Postal Center on two occasions and have had bad experiences on each. They overcharge for EVERYTHING. For example, my most recent visit was last week when I tried mailing out a Flat Rate USPS Priority envelope (costs $4.95) and was told it would cost me $8. I did myself a favor and walked out searching for another postal service center nearby on Yelp. Down the street there is a place called Village Office Supply near the McDonalds and Beverly Hills Cafe which has all the same services plus more. I highly recommend this place as their staff is friendly and prices are reasonable and fair. Do yourself a favor and go 1/4 mile down the street from Lakes Postal Center to Village Office Supply if you ever need to ship something. read more

went into this place to mail a letter to jamaica.i only went in because it's next door to my fathers job.i walked in and the lady behind the counter thought i was a ghost,cuz she looked at me and went back to what she was doing.finally she noticed me took my letter,overcharge me and sent me on my merry way.no receipt no thank you nothing at all!! felt so cheap!but seriously i WILL never go there again!!!!!!!! read more

If you're in the Hialeah/Miami Lakes area this is the BEST place to go to. They are GREAT!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They will bend over backwards to help you. I will be a life long customer. read more
