My nephew had his 9th birthday party at Granite City Jump and it was a fun new experience! It feels…read morevery cramped where all of the bounce houses are smushed into a tiny room and there aren't any real guidelines on having to wear specific socks so there is definitely a real risk of slipping. My family didn't end up bouncing much at all and were way more interested in the arcade games which was definitely to be expected. I'm surprised the birthday package didn't come with any sort of game card for birthday kiddo as well as a private room of sorts. Overall the kids had a great time which was all that matters but I think kids who are a bit younger might enjoy it more.

In September of 2019 we put a $100 deposit on a bouncy castle to be delivered October 5th for our…read moredaughters' birthday party. It was not able to be delivered due to weather conditions which was completely understandable. The owner was very great at communicating with us about this all throughout the week before the party and then said she would refund our deposit to the card used to secure it. A couple weeks passed and we had not seen the return so we reached out to her and she said she could not refund it to the card but rather would send a check, we agreed and a couple weeks later we still had not received a check. Her story this time was that she had since figured out how to refund us via our card so she was going to do that. I obliged although I was certainly getting frustrated. When that didn't show up on our card in a week and a half we reached out yet again and she said she thought it went through but it must not have so she would send a check. We did not get a check that time either and had to reach out again, December 26th we did actually receive a check in the mail for our $100 deposit however on December 31st the check was returned due to insufficient funds. Not only was I out the original $100 again, my bank also charged me a $20 fee for depositing the bad check. I called her on January 9th when I received the notification about the returned check and conveyed my frustration. She responded with a text the following day stating that she was going to be putting cash in the mail for the original amount plus the fee I incurred. It is now January 21st and I have still not received a dime. Very very poor business model to lie to customers and refuse to return their money. 10/10 will NEVER use this service again and will be seeking legal recourse.
