There was no attempt to either move things out of they way or make an effort to protect the landscaping. I watched most of what they did. After the job was done, I brought it to the owners attention and he agreed that replace a few lights that were damaged but didn't seem to care about the plants that were either killed or drastically damaged. I was told the lights would be replaced in a week. Now 2 months later I still don't have the lights. I was told he was busy and if I bought them he would repay me...still waiting for the payment of the replacement lights they damaged and I paid for his services that day. My advice is if you use them, do not pay them the entire bill until they replace or fix any damaged items or areas first. This may have to go to court to be resolved.
