Oil leaks on the freshly sealed driveway, oil leaks on our neighbors driveway, The end of our driveway damaged multiple times from the Pristine Green truck and trailer backed over the the edge haphazardly. The lawn edging being scalped too closely during a drought. Clayton was responsive to our calls about damage and tried to mitigate the problems promptly. We did have issues with not being billed timely, or the owner providing a nonviable address to have our bill pay service send his checks. Perhaps your experience will be better than ours. We severed our relationship with him because He decided to not show up this year and could not be bothered to let us know or respond to our outreach. Not accustomed to conducting business like that. Keson came out and cleaned gutters but at…read morethe very last step, he and his employee extended a very heavy 30' fiberglass extension ladder to its limit while it was maybe 15 feet from the house. Then they lost control of it and it fell onto my gutter, causing it to be bashed. (When I saw them doing this I had to walk away, as I couldn't watch: the ladder could easily have fallen in the other direction onto the next door house, or onto a nearby electrical line.) Then Keson said there was nothing wrong with the gutter and wanted me to pay him in full for the gutter cleaning. I told him I wanted to have a roofer check and assure that the gutter was still secure and functioning, and he agreed to wait to be paid. But while waiting some weeks for the roofer, I realized that when I go to sell the house, this is going to be an eyesore. Bottom line, he damaged it, he should bear the cost of fixing it. Instead, he got angry and told me he was going to take me to court. The cost of the gutter cleaning is probably pretty close to the cost of replacing that section of gutter.
