They said they could not do it because we 1. Needed an appointment. 2. "It takes AT LEAST a half hour, it was 3:30 and they close at 4". 3. They needed our actual marriage certificate to open a joint account even though my social security card and driver's license have my married name on them. The teller acted as if we were the biggest inconvenience to ever walk into that bank. My checking account and my husband's checking accounts are now closed due to this HORRIBLE experience. If you want to bank in Willmar go to Lake Region Bank. They were more than helpful and stayed after hours to open up a joint account AND individual accounts for my husband and I. If I could move our mortgage from heritage to Lake Region Bank I would!

The older blonde teller is the ultimate bitch, but none of them are very friendly. I don't understand how these people were picked to be in customer service when none of them want to help customers. When I went there the other day the old blonde one and the young girl that always wears a head band walked away from me as I was walking up to go talk loudly in the back about food. These people are extremely unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time here when every other bank in town has friendly service.
