Sinks have soap/water/dryer all in a row. Toilets are low to accommodate smaller humans and hooks are low on the stall door. Facility was clean and well stocked. A bottle filling station is near the restroom entrance as well as family restrooms. An AED is by the store side entrance. Showers are available through the store which sells a variety of drinks, snacks and souveniers. Plenty of seats in the food hall. Panera area has some comfortable seats near a gas fireplace (not operating in July). Dunkin', Popeye's and BK are the other food choices. Large parking area. A local farm had set up a small stand selling fresh produce and prepared items on the sidewalk out front.

The travel plaza does have a free wifi so an hour or so here to let the laptop charge up and even take a Teams call before heading onwards. I did not see any signs limiting how long you can park here but I've read elsewhere that the Troopers will ask you to move along after four hours. So keep that in mind if you're in a motorhome or RV. Seating is a little strange they have couch seats with some chairs and a children's area but it limits seating when a bus group would stop. But they do have extra seating in the Starbucks area. One of my favorite parts was the big I NY sign outside. It makes for such a fun photo! And inside, the photo opportunity kiosk was such a creative touch. You can snap a picture and send it to yourself right from there. If you're passing through, definitely take a few extra minutes to stop here. She doesn't even ask how we want our coffee anymore.... she just brings it and knows how we like it. The prices are more reasonable than some of the other breakfast places in the area. First the guy approached my husbands vehicle noticed he wasn't in the car then went into the truck stop to sexually harass my husband . I believe that my husband spoke to the owner by the name of Breed or Reed about it and she was going to handle it but I wanted to make sure the rest of you truckers are aware because I'm sure my husband isn't the only one . I certainly hope that the truck stop management takes care of this problem promptly because if not the place is going to be facing a sexually harassment lawsuit claim because my husband not only has a retained lawyer out of downtown Rochester NY but recorded everything that was said because in New York you don't need two party consent only one party consent to record and this place is going to be under investigation by the news media reporters from channel 10 .
