I took my truck in for an oil change. While I was driving it it smelled like burning oil. The next time I needed an oil change I took it to Valvoline and they noticed when they opened the hood that the cap and rag were left on top of the motor. The Ford dealership never put the cap on so oil spilled all over the engine. Lucky I didn't totally run out of oil and blow the engine. When I took it back to Keowee ford they said that this could not have happened. I showed them a picture of how they left it and after complaining they did an oil change for free.

Extremely shady and frustrating experience with the service department…read more I picked up a vehicle on behalf of someone and was told additional work had been approved past what should have been covered by warranty, so I was required to pay a balance to get the vehicle released. I questioned it at the time, but was reassured multiple times that everything had been authorized. That turned out not to be true. The work was never approved. In fact, it was explicitly denied. When we tried to get answers, the situation only got worse. The service department gave inconsistent explanations, avoided calls, and ultimately stopped responding altogether. There is a recorded call tied to the supposed "approval," yet they have refused to review it or provide any proof of what they are claiming. At best, this is extremely poor communication and mismanagement. At worst, it feels intentionally misleading. It genuinely feels like they took advantage of the situation knowing the owner of the vehicle wasn't there in person and continue to take advantage. Between the lack of transparency and communication, refusal to take accountability, and the way this was handled from start to finish, I would not trust this dealership with service work or recommend them to anyone. In fact, I would highly recommend that you stay far, far away.

I just read a review that a lady wrote about this dealership and honestly i didnt know whether to…read morelaugh at her or enlighten her. So i chose to do both. First of all if the car dealer allowed her son to trade a car in that she claims had so many issues for something else, she should be thankful. Ive never known of any used car dealer to do that. Once you sign and drive off the lot its yours. Considering S.C. is an As Is state like most states are. She stated that the dealer allowed him to pick another vehicle. This is where i get a chuckle. She states it was a Buick CTS...lol...Buick doesnt make a CTS. Which makes me wonder if it is even a legitimate review. 2nd thing that rouses my suspicion is she states that within a matter of a few days it was torn up after she and her husband bought it from him. So apparently the car was fine or they wouldve not bought it from their son. 3rd thing that makes me believe this is not legitimate is that the cost of the repair was over $5000. Im not sure what type of repair that could be. You can by a motor and transmission for that much money. Then she states after they paid over $5000 to a repair shop it still didnt run right. That sounds like you should have an issue with the repair shop. Instead you keep pointing the finger back at the car dealer. After reading your review, ive come to a different conclusion. Sounds like to dealer went above and beyond to help your son. Maybe its not the dealer at all. Sounds to me like the real problem may have been your son abusing the vehicles instead. By the way, Cadillac makes the CTS not Buick. Im sure that someone who really went through that much trouble would know what type of car it was. I dont believe your review based on the information that you provided. I know that if it had happened to me, i would know the true make and manufacturer of the vehicle. Also the repair bill would be more realistic. That is all :-)

My son purchased a Nissan Spec V from Riley Motors several months ago. There were so many problems…read morewith the car that they told him to get another car. The second car, a 2006 Buick CTS was purchased on Sept. 1 or 2. My husband and I purchased the car from him on Friday, Sept. 4. On Sunday, Sept. 6, it broke down in Jacksonville, Fla., and had to be towed to Daytona. Our repair bill was $5,000, $300 for towing and the car still isn't right. An $8,000 car with $5,000 in repairs is absolutely sickening. I hope people will steer clear of this dealership as they care none for their customers.
