The premier outside shopping venue is anchored by Nordstrom and Target sharing space with so many more top brands, boutiques, and unique shops. Just to name a handful... Anthropologie, Apple, Bacio de Latte, Barnes & Noble, Build-A-Bear, Cotton On / Cotton On Body, Din Tai Fung, Fabletics, FOGO de CHAO, Georgia's, H&M, lululemon athletica, Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, MINISO, Nike, Sephora, Silverlake Ramen, SomiSomi, The Melt, Urban Outfitters, Vuori, Yard House I was recently here for dinner at Yard House. I even called Irvine dispatch (09/11/25, 9:30 AM), but the man who answered sounded half-asleep, spoke rudely, and sided with them. Completely unprofessional. Security is supposed to protect people, not harass law-abiding citizens. I will be pursuing this further with my attorney until there is real accountability. This center can get insane... Especially near Target…read more There is a lot going on here.... A florist, Target, Baskin Robbins, Massage Envy, Jenny Craig, Stater Brothers - with a credit union ATM inside, dry cleaner, mailboxes etc, Peppinos, gas station, bank, and so much more. I can tell you I will not miss Tijuana Gillies, as much as I used to love them - they went majorly down hill in their last couple of years of being there. There is a Pho place (Pho King Way), Starbucks, Bagel place, Coldstone, Cleaners, a few other restaurants... there was a small "sports bar" for a minute called Pins - but as quickly as they were there, they were gone as well. The parking lot can get a bit crazy, I dont tend to hang out here as much as I used to - there arent really any places in the center anymore that grab my attention. Pho King Way is delicious, though :)
