My son had been seen here for all of 2 years. I loved his Doctor (Dr. Roleck) and the office staff were friendly.
I had received a bill in the mail and had honestly misplaced it. Many things had transpired and ended in the flooding in July and us being displaced. In the middle of us having to pack our home to move due to the flooding I receive a letter saying (basically) I signed an agreement that I would pay the Dr. bills and I failed to do so. So, because of my tardiness of roughly about 3 months they would no longer keep my son as a patient and I needed to find him another pediatrician.
Mind you, I am not trying to argue that not paying your bills is an okay thing to do, I am saying that it is a bit too much to kick a patient to the curb after a bill being unpaid for like 3 months. That's just my opinion. read more
