I have to start by saying that I am disappointed in the negative reviews I see on here. We moved to IL in 2025 and have had NOTHING but excellent experiences with the Lindenhurst office. They always get our kids in quickly and the morning sick visits are VERY convenient and efficient. The providers and nurses/MAs are always kind and knowledgeable, and the front desk welcoming and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name to give them the individualized acknowledgement they deserve, but as of today, Cindy (sp?) and Melissa made my day and I sincerely appreciate their timely assistance. Okay, providers. A $100 yearly service fee is now being enforced! This is okay if the providers are outstanding or you use them all the time, but it's unnecessary if you only use them for annual physicals. read more

Horrible billing department and practice. I've been going to them for the past 7 years with my 3 children. As of June 1st they decided to charge every family $100 fee for services that we have never and will never be using. Upon letting billing know that was not appropriate they told me I should leave the practice or pay the bill. Clearly they are more concerned about money than the welfare of my children. read more

Horrible billing department. The sent me a bill in Sept 2024 for a visit from Nov 2023- this was a YEAR ago. Fine, whatever. Then I called today to pay and they said the bill was sent to collections yesterday even though a month ago I let them know I had to wait on a new HSA card. I tried paying with my HSA online last week and it wouldn't go through. The woman today, who I think her name is Lynn, became very rude over the phone because I was asking the process. She told me it's been over 90 days and that's why it was sent to collections. My first notice of this bill was September 22 (which I didn't receive since we just moved) but today is only December 3rd which makes it's 72 days and not 90. The math isn't mathing there and she just kept getting more upset because I was telling her that it made no sense if they send to collections after 90 days. We will be switching pediatricians as this is not worth the headache. read more

I spent 2 hours on hold yesterday trying to get through to get my child in for an appointment. I sent a message through the portal, while on hold, asking what was wrong with their phones that no one was answering. Every time you have to call to make an appointment, you have to wait forever to get through, "because they have a new system". This morning, someone called back because I requested an appointment - and when I told her I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday and wouldn't bring my kids back there, her response was, "okay". You deal with sick kids - and there's zero urgency. At the same time, they continue to send me a bill for a routine vaccination my son received that they clearly have coded wrong for insurance. When I contacted them about it the first time, they said they submitted a reconsideration request and were waiting to hear back - but clearly, if nothing changed with how it was coded, they're not going to magically approve it. If I didn't pay for the 1st dose of the shot - why would they think I'll pay for the 2nd one. read more

Please take my advice, if your child isn't perfect in every way, DO NO TAKE THEM TO THIS ABUSIVE , CALLOUS AND UNEMOTIONAL CARE CENTER !!! These people are not at all sympathetic to children That are fearful and come with anxiety issues in regards to physical examinations. My son was quite Frankly traumatized by the behavior of their pediatrician. He went on to insult him (a child) About his weight , diet, emotions and behavior. My son and my wife both came home very disturbed experience as well as the physician. All of this trauma simply over a sixth grade physical and immunization. We will not be back!!! Took my son to the Lindenhurst location for his vaccinations. After having an averse reaction to the DTaP vaccination where his whole upper arm turned bright red and swelled to twice the size of the other, I took him back to be treated. My concerns were dismissed. The doctor stated that the reaction was completely normal, and when I tried to show her progression pictures to show how it was quickly getting worse, she barely looked at the photos like she couldn't be bothered. She then informed me that if I didn't go on and get his other vaccinations that they would no longer see him, and she refused to report the adverse reaction to the correct reporting agency, VAERS. I had to self report the reaction and when I asked for the lot number to report it, it was scribbled so I couldn't read it. When I asked it to be typed so I could read it, the nurse refused. After research, I discovered that the AAP states that the DTaP shot can be given in the arm or the thigh, but their January 2013 study published that particularly for intramuscular vaccines like DTaP, the thigh has less reaction in children 1-3 because there is more muscle for the vaccine to be given in. As a 2 year old, on the low end of the weight spectrum, my son's body composition should have been taken into consideration, instead of a one size fits all approach (Isn't that how all other medicine is administered? Doctors and nurses are EXTREMELY professional and nice. It's a warm welcome from them but the front is NOT! The receptionist is more concerned about her phone conversations and being extremely rude. She made me feel like a horrible mom because I didn't have my insurance cards. She told me they couldn't see my son cause my cards haven't come in yet than she changed her mind and said he can be seen. Cause of the holidays we haven't been able to get his cards yet. It's not my fault but she just made feel horrible that I cried on my way home. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Scheduling a appointment was very easy with flexible hours and weekend appointments.

I used to take my children to this pediatric office, but they dismissed my concerns after one of my children had an adverse reaction to a vaccine (and no, it wasn't a fever or redness around the injection site). They dismissed me so nonchalantly and with such disregard for my opinion as a mother that it paradoxically led me to research vaccines, thoroughly, for the first time in my life. Once a person does this, there's no going back. There is simply no study that proves that the current vaccination schedule is safe OR effective. Of course these doctors do not accept patients who want to delay vaccinations or -gasp!- skip them altogether. Previously we had a good relationship with our doctor there, but I will not deal with a dismissive, condescending practice. read more

I would not recommend this pediatric group! I am a new mother and had so many people tell me how great they were so of course I use them. Unfortunately their business and billing office is extremely incompetent. They let me come to 2 appointments before telling me I was no longer in their network. I was under the assumption they were in network this whole time. You can imagine my shock when I got a bill for vaccines that should've been 100% covered if I was in network but instead I had to pay for them 100% out-of-pocket. I understand that I should've double checked and if they were in my network but I think it would've been a nice courtesty of them to tell me "hey you know you're not in network" and I would've never made the appointment and I would've found another pediatrician which I have now. I've been battling them for a couple months trying to get the bill down and they did give me a whole whopping 20%. The kicker is during the battle of the Bill they let it slip out that they were under the assumption that I was in network this whole time as well so in my opinion it's extremely incompetent to not know what plans your office takes and what they don't take. The doctors were great so this is not against any of the doctors there unfortunately their office and billing staff is extremely incompetent and I would not recommend them at all read more
