He also made sure to set a pick up time with plenty of time to allow for traffic, which was needed because the traffic in Milan was TERRIBLE. He clearly knows the area well. The van he drove us in was very clean, with air conditioning controls in the back, and plenty of room for all our luggage, so we were all very comfortable.
