The price was less than what a local shop quoted me. I suggested that I thought additional work was needed to see if he'd take advantage of it to charge more. He didn't. He said it wasn't necessary and explained why. Loved the work ethic, honesty, communication, and professionalism. I received phone call two weeks later that my mower is finished and ready for pickup. I get there the next day to pick up and settle my invoice. I get to the counter and they wanted payment, I asked that they bring my mower out for me to check out first! Asked them to start the mower and it won't start and the pull rope will not retract, and they even brought out the service tech who worked on it also! Really!
