I immediately found them to be extremely friendly, down to earth and honest about expectations, cost and timing. I was looking for a fast turnaround in terms of getting them out for the cleaning, which they accommodated by coming to my house on a Sunday! On the day of the cleaning, the great communication continued, with a heads up call that they were on their way to the house, and they were right on time. The cleaning took about 3 hours, and they did a really great and thorough job with no detail left unattended. The house was literally spotless when they were done -- and the best part was that the place was shiny clean without the gross, noxious smell of chemical cleaning products left behind. I would definitely recommend VTGC to friends or family, and plan to have them come back regularly. Top-notch customer service.

So incredibly disappointed by my experience!!!…read more Quick response from agent to schedule an appointment with designer. Had what I thought was a good meeting with designer assigned to me who actually offered to sit downstairs while I worked in my office to come up with plans. Thought that a bit strange. Was hoping a little more thought was going to go into the process, so said that was ok, I didn't need them that very day. She promised to send me plans in the next day or two. Never arrived. Tried to contact her twice at email address on business card she gave me. Contacted agent I had scheduled appointment with to try to reschedule with a different designer. Again, no response. SO incredibly unprofessional!!! To add insult to injury they continue to send ads to my email address. Why??? For whatever reason, they have made it clear they don't want my business.

What I love about Jessica, is that she is able to meet the challenge of chaos and dis-organization as one that may not be merely structural, but as a situation that may have some deeper underlying emotional stories associated with it. She has been gentle and firm in guiding me to face some internal struggles that have manifested in the environment around me. Jessica's work is not only practical, but healing as well.
