Wonderful 20+ mile roundtrip bike path (and a bike ferry for $4 a person $8 RT). There's a bit of construction currently so there's a detour that takes you into a roadway but it wasn't too bad. The views on the bridge are beautiful and you cannot beat bike riding along the beach/water. It was truly a relaxing experience. It was relatively busy but by no means overly crowded (AND it was 4th of July weekend). There were parts of the trail where I was almost completely alone and parts where there were plenty of other walkers, runners, and bikers. Would definitely recommend this bike path to others! Be sure to grab a map from one of the local bike shops to help you track your route. Lots of fun and beautiful views!

There's even a bike ferry so you can continue on the path, but it wasn't open when I visited.

She said several times they didn't "do that" when making requested arrangements but when another in the group made the same request (about a month later) Bibi changed her mind. When she contacted me to report her new service, I had already made other arrangements. I also got more help from my airlines in visa applications than from her. No help if shots or pills needed for the Vietnam area. For international trip assistance, she is not that willing to help. Defensive!! Tour leader in Vietnam was fabulous!

The cost of the tour was refunded but no offer was made to make amends for their mistake. I contacted Nationwide, the company with whom I had purchased travel insurance, to file a claim to cover the loss of $2,450 in airfare. I had not purchased a refundable ticket given that I had travel insurance. Nationwide declined the claim stating that although they covered a wide variety of circumstances leading to trip cancellations, an error made by a tour company was not among them. I contacted Sojourn to inform them of the claim denial and to request reimbursement for my flight. They declined to provide any assistance. I have travelled with Sojourn over the years. Their refusal to offer compensation for their mistake, in my opinion, demonstrates a profound departure from their former commitment to client satisfaction.

The…read moremarketplace is a pedestrian zone that spans a few blocks and is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes. It's very pleasant to stroll along Church Street, especially in the summertime and there are plenty of benches where you can sit and people watch. Church Street Marketplace has a mixture of chain and local stores. You can find everything from used books, to outdoor gear to name brand clothing. My favorite stores at Golden Hour where you can find lots of cute gifts, Smugglers Notch Distillery where you can sample delicious vodka, gin, bourbon, and maple liqueur, and Flora & Fauna - a second floor store filled with curiosities and oddities. Unfortunately, The 10,000 Villages store that I always enjoyed visiting, the Sox Market, and the Earthbound Store that I always found beautiful clothing in have all closed. There's also a great Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop on Church Street, several restaurants in a range of price levels, and some very comfortable cafes. Definitely a place you will want to spend some time visiting when you are in Burlington.

We also visited a Patagonia store, a bookstore, Catamount store for apparel and gifts, and bunch of other stores. Prices are decent, some stores have sales and discounts. It appeared decently safe, though there were some homeless people around the marketplace. The street parkings need to be paid with ParkMobile app during the posted hours. There are several hotels only few minutes walk from this place. There's also a parking lot nearby that offers 2 hours of free parking.

Japheth has an excellent sales pitch but fails to deliver on his promises. He is not a medical professional or even a certified yoga instructor. He is not an expert in martial arts or any of the other services he claims to provide. He is a cutthroat business person, more concerned with making a quick buck than helping his clients. Worse still, his advice is bogus and in some cases dangerous. After my wife was diagnosed with ovarian cysts, Japheth (completely inappropriately) suggested that she soak her tampons in essential oils to cure her cysts. Ever heard of toxic shock syndrome Japheth? He also believes that static electricity is only due to "toxic load" and that changing your lifestyle will prevent it... (Yikes! That's sounds like a crazy person!) Give him five minutes of your time and he'll surprise you with some other insane unfounded health advice. This business IS Japheth, don't be fooled by the marketing or the sales pitch. The instructors he employs are fantastic, but he pays them less than minimum wage (again, he's an aggressive contract oriented business person). And worse than that, he peddles absolutely insane health advice and truly believes his own nonsense. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HIM! He will fight you tooth and nail to cancel it and he has no conscience. ***Also, his studio is a filthy unkempt mess....***
