My cousins first introduced us to Punjab during our visit last summer. And since then - my sister and I have been craving for them. We have been fortunate to have the family visit us this week. They brought us a whole box full of Samosas. The Samosas are like huge fried wontons with a mixture of potatoes, spices and CURRY. Now for the best and most disgusting plate of the night - tandoori chicken...OMG the chicken was grey from inside! it was old and had been reheated for us..why?????? on top of that it had gross spices...and this SAD AND GROSSSSS MEAL COST US $50.00!!!!!! whyyyyyyyy??? The prices are affordable. I decided to try the vegetarian chickpea with cheese paneer Roti Wrap. I found it of good quality and I am happy I decided on this choice. It tasted more like chickpea and the paneer cheese was there but it did not overpower the chickpea sauce. It stayed hidden a bit. The bread substance wrap and the sauce that comes with it is yummy-delectable! The cashier guy was pleasant but had a serious expression, I appreciate the complimentary water pitcher that showed up at my table.
