Extremely incompetent doctor. Very rude. HE IS NOT EVEN AN MD! DO only who currently works for VES…read more(VA provider). During a medical appointment with my husband he was extremely rude and dismissed his medical conditions, even though they were already confirmed and treated by multiple specialists (actual MDs!). He also told my husband to "suck it up" because my husband only did two 18 month deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan so there is no way he could have back pain and nerve damage (are you kidding me?!). I'm not sure why anyone would hire this person. Based on reviews from other patients, this individual does not have a good track record and is not competent and able to effectively treat patients, especially combat veterans. I am shocked by his bedside manner or lock thereof.

I had a larger review written, but I decided to keep it down to bulletpoints of my experiences with Doctor Guidi: -Went in for whooping cough, referred to a nutritionist -Went in for flu, referred to a nutritionist -Was told I can't play rugby because of my weight (I've been playing for 5 years now) -Went in on crutches with my leg in a brace, the doctor looked at me and asked which leg I hurt... seriously? also referred me to a nutritionist (instead of an ortho doctor) -Went in for a checkup and he tried to convince me to get lipo-suction. Seriously? I'm a big guy, but I'm psychically active and pretty in-shape, I don't live stuck in a bed. Needless to say, other members of my family have already left Dr. Guidi because of the issues noted above, and I will be doing the same soon. Dr. Guidi used to be a warm and caring doctor but ever since he became part of Lahey clinic he seems only concerned with referring his patients to a nutritionist and nothing more. There's probably a reason why there is never anybody in his waiting room anymore.

Terrible, unprofessional overall. I have recently moved to the area and had to find another PCP. I…read morewas having a ton of pain in my hand so went ahead and sought out a doctor who could hopefully be a PCP for me in the future. I scheduled the appointment with ease which is why I am giving it 2 stars. I am also giving it 2 stars because some of the staff was pleasant. However, the PCP that I saw, Dr. Tlucko, was absolutely horrible! Not only did she have the WORST bedside manner that I have ever experienced, but she was rude, cold, and overall I did not feel respected. I felt vulnerable. Because my appointment was made relatively quickly, I was not able to have my medical records sent in time. She was asking a lot of questions, understandable, but basically told me to shut up (not in those exact words) when I was trying to elaborate about something. She kept cutting me off. I was trying to ask her about another problem I was having to see how we could move forward with a treatment plan/ideas and she said, "You can't fix everything in one day." Then she asked when the last time I had a physical and I said, "Um.. I don't remember the exact date, but..." and before I could tell her the approximate date, she cut me off snapping, "You need to remember when you had it." I felt like I was being scolded. She rushed me in and out and I was nearly in tears when I left her. She did not even look at my hand which was my main problem! She literally listened to my lungs and that was it. She requested for me to have an xray and scan on my hand, but did not look at it, ask for symptoms, etc. It has now been weeks since I had that appointment and my xray and I have not received a call or anything as to the results. This is really disappointing since I came in as an urgent patient in pain. Afterwards, she told me to sit out in a waiting area until I was seen by the woman behind the desk which it turned out was just someone who could schedule appointments for me. I had two people in front of me and I was literally there for 45 minutes waiting. Then when I finally got to be seen by the "scheduler" she told me that I could have just gone to the front desk and that the front desk just did not feel like working. She then told me they were just laughing and talking in the front (which was pretty unprofessional of her to tell me in the first place!) She apologized, but I was so aggravated, but knew it was not her fault. I really wanted to give it one star, but I do want to recognize the positives which included the prompt appointment scheduling and the friendly phone intake woman. Go at your own risk. If you do decide to go, there are other doctors you can request. Dr. Tlucko is not the one unless you want a very quick, impersonal, not thorough, appointment and want to leave feeling like crap!

Pentucket Medical of Haverhill is right in the heart of Haverhill, next door to the Police station…read moreand seconds from the hub of Haverhill. The facility offers: * Adult Primary Care * Allergy & Immunology * Cardiology * Diabetes Care * Diagnostic Services * Endocrinology * Gastroenterology & Digestive Care * Laboratory * Nephrology * Pediatrics * Pulmonary & Sleep Disorders * Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy At first glance - looking at the building - it appears to be an old building. Parking is horrible, with an adjacent PAID parking lot and on street parking. It is very difficult to find a parking spot during normal business hours. If you have an appointment scheduled here, please take the time to arrive very early. Give yourself enough time to find a parking spot. Once in the building, finding the practice you need to visit - for first time visitors - is a bit difficult. There are menus on the wall but you need reading glasses to read the small print. There is a sense of filth when you walk into the building also. I had an appointment on the top floor. Taking the elevator to the top floor took nearly ten minutes in the very old elevator. Plan for that as well upon arriving. The place where I had an appointment was very small with a window to appear and give your name for the appointment. Seats are limited in the waiting area. I ended up canceling the appointment because of the long wait time and I was on time! I found a better practice nearby for treatment, and one that had free parking. The office does not validate parking either. Overall: Was not impressed with this facility and don't recommend it.

They are all I've known as an adult. 1st doc I had for 11yrs, second for about 8 and my current for the past 11 or so. (1st retired, 2nd left to go into research) Husband had 3. We just got dropped like a hot potatoes because we have Tufts insurance that we've had since 1998. They want us to switch to the MassGen Plan. No way! It's SO F expensive. Mass General is screwing people so bad. Mass Eye & Ear is included in the conglomerate. Another place we've been going to several times a year since the mid-90s. No where to go who is accepting new patients and they don't give a shit. They only care about money!! I'll never go back.

The last one I dealt with would not recommend my husband, who suffers from chronic migraines, to a specialist. She insisted that his slightly elevated cholesterol was somehow the problem. Core itself constantly gave us surprise bills. Trying to get someone on the phone at the practice itself is impossible. While some of the providers are good, I would not recommend this practice or Core Physicians in general.

I had blood clots in the past and was having some similar symptoms. An emergency room would be the quickest way to diagnose. I went in, told them what was going on, got put in a room with the "tablet" to get my billing info. The Doctor (who was filling in because of staffing issues) came in, and I told him what was going on. He said " if what is going on with you is what I think, you know what I'm talking about, you need to go to a real hospital. we don't have the staff to help you." They offered me an ambulance ride to Portsmouth Hospital. I declined and my wife drove me to Portsmouth Hospital and they did the job of a real ER. Parkland in Plaistow billed my insurance many thousands of dollars and is trying to get me to pay them another $500. THEY PROVIDED ZERO EMERGENCY SERVICES. It's gone to collection and have disputed the charge twice. DO NOT GO TO PLAISTOW ER.
