In the past few years, I've sent my 5-year-old to numerous "group" swim classes at discount prices and although she became more comfortable in the water, she never really learned to swim - more than a doggy paddle. After only 5 one-on-one classes with Karina, my daughter is truly swimming for the first time (strokes and all!) and loving it! Karina has so much knowledge, kindness and patience and my daughter absolutely loves her and loves her lessons. It's obvious that both Karina and Amaury truly love to teach AND truly love children. I specifically ask for this therapist and I am told on the phone we have an appointment with them. Then we arrive there and we are given a different therapist. This has been happening for the past month: each time I ask for this therapist, I am told we have an appointment with them, only to find out that the therapist is in another session and we will be meeting with another once we arrive there for our appointment. They give the option to "cancel" when I see that we don't have the right therapist but since it is less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment (hello, we are there for the appointment!) they will charge full amount.
