For example, they have closed an entire locker room and everyone has been forced to use the family locker rooms which are 1/5 the capacity. When I provided feedback the only 2 options offered me were suspend my membership or go elsewhere. There wasn't any empathy or other viable solution. Also, we have incurred closed amenities the entire year of 2026 from large sections of fitness equipped and space, closed outdoor pool, closed indoor pool, saunas, steam room hot tub and now 50% closure of locker room capacity. What makes it worse is the management at this location doesn't care about the constant inconvenience to their members. Last time I checked I believe we pay their salaries. They have lost touch. It's a very expensive club that you'd think would provide world class Customer service. Nope. I've been to other LFT locations but Plymouth is by far the absolute worst when it canes to member service, Susan Howe is the epitome of unfriendly with zero empathy and she is the leader of their member service. I would not join Lifetime if you want consistency in what you can use or value being treated with respect.

It basically costs you an extra month of membership, once per year, to help pay for new equipment. Except I have never seen a new piece of equipment in the year I have belonged. The machinery is way too close together, So you have to worry about being sweat on by the person next to you. Management needs to keep track of who is not wiping down equipment. And then they need to talk to them about wiping it down. It's always the sweatiest guys, too. I have never noticed management cleaning anything, and I feel like if the members aren't wiping machines down, and They aren't willing to confront them, they need to be following them and cleaning up after them.
