Tender and perfectly seasoned. There is a very large variety of meat ranging from chicken, pork, lamb, to beef. There are many different parts of each type of meat. For example beef ribs, top sirloin, beef neck, chicken heart. They were all worth trying! The beef is especially amazing. Another very cool aspect of this steakhouse was the freshly made salsa. You get to choose your own ingredients and they make the salsa right there in front of you. It is simply amazing! Super aromatic and flavorful. I was basically drooling as they were making the salsa...the smell was too amazing. They had all different types of peppers, salt, garlic, onions and tomatoes to make your salsa with. They service is also very good. The staff members are all very friendly and some of them also speak English. I definitely recommend this place! Lastly I have to let you know that the full menu price is only 395 pesos! That's about $20 USD ONLY! usually in America a for a restaurant of this quality is would easily cost around $60! There is tips and service fees added to the price after. Also water and soda all cost money so you might as well get soda. Cambalache is an Argentine steakhouse, which is reflected in the style of grilling their meats (over an open flame, which can be viewed at the back of the restaurant), and the service of the meat itself (a La plancha, at the table).
