The rowing was a bit harder than I thought it would be. The wind was against us. But everyone who signed up made it through fine. The scenery is fantastic. At one point we saw a herd of goats walking themselves along the river. Wildflowers in bloom. Gorgeous day. I'd read about them on Trip Advisor. Called a number we found for them here yesterday but didn't get through to anyone. So I sent them a message through Yelp. They tried calling back but couldn't get through to me and sent a message back. Before we got it we'd called them again this morning. They were already at the meeting point on the river, below the university. So they were nice enough to pick us up. And at the end they'll bring you back to the starting point if you need it. Then, Nancy left her phone in Jonas's jeep on the way back to the beginning. We called, got his mom, told her about the phone, and pretty quickly got it back. Anyway, we had a great time.
