I discovered new abilities in myself, got a major boost in confidence, developed my communication skills and added healthy coping mechanisms into my life tool box. I was willing to do whatever it took to get back on my feet after numerous attempts at therapy whether it was through my insurance provider or private practice. I was a bit skeptical at first about hypnotherapy and life coaching because of the heavy price tag attached but here's what happened. We had a counseling session to see what was going on in my life and how we could go about regaining my clarity and confidence. She helped me realize that there was a lot of past trauma that I had to forgive myself coupled with the bitter truth that my self-destructive tendencies may not have been my fault but is ultimately my responsibility to address. I'm not too sure if the hypnotherapy programmed my subconscious that allowed me to take more action in my life than floating around. The month after our sessions I made more progress in regaining my health by choosing healthier foods and cutting out smoking. I also found a new hobby of swing trading and opening myself up to diversifying and growing my wealth from my savings, severance check and Unemployment Benefits. I ended up doing extremely well as I was confident in my buying and selling stocks by reading trends in the market and a little bit of intuition in the tech industry. Even if I was an emotional wreck I didn't let it affect my decision making when it came to trading. After a year later I have made much more progress in my personal development and career. I ended up founding my own marketing business, travel extensively as well as go on to work for other major companies within my career field.

I want to say one thing clearly, because I think it keeps people from reaching out. You do not need to be in crisis or carrying a diagnosis to benefit from working with her. Sometimes you just need help navigating the ordinary hard parts of life, and that is where she is at her best. What makes her different is that she meets you exactly where you are. There is no script, no sense of being fit into someone else's idea of what growth should look like. She listens first, really listens, and then builds around what she hears, drawing on hypnotherapy and other methods depending on what you actually need. She creates space for you to say the hard things out loud, and then she stays right there with you. That matters more than I expected. She offers the kind of objectivity that is almost impossible to find on your own or anywhere in your own circle, and you leave with practical tools you can lean on, not just the feeling of having talked it through. My progress felt gradual, and I have come to think that is the whole point. Ella never pushed me faster than I was ready to go. That kind of approach makes it hard to open up, let alone peel back the layers and explore difficult feelings. Joe is different. While he has the same education, tools, and degrees as any great therapist, what sets him apart is his down-to-earth, ego-free approach to tackling tough issues. He draws from science and psychology only when it helps illuminate that my experiences are valid and that I'm not alone, rather than as a way to showcase his knowledge. Instead, he focuses on building a genuine connection with a straightforward, direct-but-caring approach. What's most meaningful is that Joe doesn't make me feel like I'm being studied or dissected.
