Abandoned in Open Court - Beware of Brad Erdman…read more Review: If you are looking for an attorney to protect your family and your assets, look elsewhere. I retained Bradley Erdman at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC (MKFM Law) for a child custody and financial enforcement case. On March 4, 2026, during an active custody status hearing, I asked him a few standard, clarifying questions about the court process and our strategy for enforcing a major financial judgment. Instead of answering me, Brad became completely dismissive and abruptly withdrew as my attorney right there in open court. He left me completely unrepresented in front of the judge during a critical moment in my custody case. A family law attorney is supposed to be your advocate during highly stressful times. Brad Erdman proved that if you ask questions or expect clear communication, he will cut and run, leaving you entirely exposed. I am now filing a formal grievance with the state disciplinary commission. Protect yourself and find counsel who actually honors their ethical obligations to their clients. #MKFMLaw #DuPageCounty #WheatonIL #FamilyLaw #DivorceAttorney #ChildCustody

Their professionalism is unparalleled. Most recently, Raif Palmer helped me navigate a complex issue regarding adjustment of child support due to the ever changing nature of my family owned business. I have been divorced for 8 years and was surprised and delighted to see how things have changed due to new case law, and I owe it to Raif's superior knowledge in seeking an equitable solution to my needs. So often it seems that issues in Family Court get side tracked by the emotions of the parties and everyone loses sight of the goals. Raif and the team of lawyers at STG Law do not fall victim to that reality and they keep things on track to seek a fair and just outcome. I would recommend Raif Palmer and the lawyers at STG Law to anyone looking for top notch representation in Family Court.

Let's understand that this is emotional and financial. My child is involved. Someone who would want me as a client would have a pen and a pad? These are exactly the people I Do Not Want on My Case Ever. The billing that would come out of this firm = Bankruptcy. This is why people hate Lawyers. Have a Nice Day. The trickiest was a temporary relocations with my daughter overseas (doesn't get much harder than that in the custody world), but she also handled my suit to raise child support and collect medical expense arrears. I've won in each case and the fees were not unreasonable. She's very down to earth and sensible and will tell you when to cut your losses and when to lose the attitude. My ex had Jeffrey Leving (Mr. Father's Rights) representing him in the relocation case--he paid 30,000, I paid 5,000, and I won.

Ian took the time to truly listen to our concerns, explain the options clearly, explain the law and build a strategy that was tailored to mom's situation. Throughout the entire process, Ian was consistently responsive, transparent, and patient with any and all questions. What impressed me most was his balance of strength and empathy. In the courtroom, Ian was sharp, prepared, and unwavering -- a true advocate who fought for moms' best interests. Outside the courtroom, he showed genuine care for all of us as a people, not just clients. Expressing empathy and true kindness when we needed it the most. That combination of legal skill and human compassion is rare . I highly recommend Ian to anyone facing a divorce or family law matter. He is not only an outstanding attorney but also a trusted ally. Ian was an incredible source and shoulder for my mom and for my sister and I, always armed with information and strategies. His readiness, clarity, and steady communication gave us all peace of mind in an extremely stressful and tumultuous situation.
