Ladycat organizing saved the day when I downsized to a much smaller home that had some very challenging storage dilemmas. I was very overwhelmed with the mountain of boxes you could not even walk through the house. I did not know where to start. Then walked in Christy and her team. They reassured me that we could get it done in no time at all. Christy was a wizard in the kitchen she figured out how to get the most use of 3 corner cabinets and no pantry. The rest of the crew attacked the rest of the house. I'm sure glad I picked the option of using more than one organizer. By the end of the day all the boxes were unpacked and put away. Erica and Claire were a huge help to me as I try to go through my former husband's many papers and files. They were well organized of course but they also made many helpful suggestions and found shredding and electronic reuse places that I will need. On top of that, they were kind and made many attempts to help and to be of service. I look forward to using them again since I'm not nearly done. It's hard in many ways as a widow to go through your former spouse's things. To have Erica and Claire there was an enormous help both in terms of the work they got done but also in terms of the way they made me feel more relaxed, less stressed about this difficult task. We were in a bind to pack the house and lighten things up for staging to list it. I had never used LadyCat Organizing before but was very familiar with Wildcat Moving (and highly recommend them too!). I can't find the name of the two people who came to our house, but they were awesome. Hopefully LadyCat will look them up from March 13 to give them kudos! Christi Sharp of LadyCat Organizing was a godsend in my journey to downsize homes (suburbia to city living) and finally get organized here in Northern Kentucky. Although my wife was very pleased with Lori, we had a few issues with the team leader Shalynn. There were drawers in the master bathroom that were not packed, we were originally charged for an hour of time that was used to travel to pick up supplies that weren't sent because they had a "glitch" in their system (we were reimbursed after my questioning). it also appears as though my wife was taken advantage of for her hearing disability. Shalynn added a "voluntary" tip to the bill and never informed my wife. When they were notified that there was no "voluntary" tip authorized, the statement was made that my wife did. This will be taken to Adult Protective Services as a form of financial abuse to the elderly. read more

When I asked Ladycat to help me organize, I didn't think I had that much stuff. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and I'm not as messy as a lot of people. I figured we'd organize my closet and my bookshelves and maybe toss a few things and be done in a couple of hours. I was so wrong! I had no idea how much junk I owned, some stuff I literally hadn't seen for years. I definitely wasn't using it and didn't need it sitting around. When they told me we were going to organize my laundry room, I laughed because it's so small, I thought there was no WAY there was enough stuff in there to organize! But we tossed a whole bag of junk and old cleaning supplies I had long forgotten about. We spent almost eight hours together and only stopped because I had to go to work, not because we had finished - and I live in a one bedroom apartment! It was crazy. After she left I could imagine her voice in my head asking, "Do you need that?" or "Should you really toss that on the ground/hide it in your closet?" So the experience was great not just because I got rid of so much stuff (and didn't feel like it was all going to a landfill, because she told me where she would be donating a lot of it), but because it really created better habits and has helped me be less cluttered and more thoughtful about my habits and my purchases. I would definitely have them back to finish the last few rooms we didn't get to when she was here the first time! Hired this group to pack us up for a local move - having a broken rib = limited ability to do much myself. The packers were efficient and seem to have done a good job (although we haven't unpacked the crystal and china yet.) However, rather than the 2 full days we needed, we got one full day. The second day, they didn't arrive until 3:30. I was told they would be back in the morning to finish before the movers arrived, but no one came or even called. We ended up having to finish the packing ourselves in a panic, broken rib or no broken rib, because the truck was being loaded. read more

This business left my son and daughter-in-law up a creek. First, they arrived FIVE hours late, then they only stayed 40 minutes as they didn't like the working conditions. This made it too late to find someone else to help. My son had already secured a U-Haul truck for that afternoon which was to be loaded up at 9:00 the next morning by a hired crew. Without LadyCat Organizing doing their job, my husband, son's friend and I had to help my son and daughter-in-law do the packing and loading the next day making things really rough on everybody. read more
