I was not happy with their service, customer service or policies. I feel like their policies do not take care of the consumer trying to establish a good internet connection, test their equipment as per their guidance or see if the service will work. It did not work for me because I have "double pane" windows. I cancelled the service and was unable to get a refund for a 300 Gb plan when less than 50 GB was used. I feel the less than 50 GB used was part of the "set up" process the company asks you to follow and set my family up for failure. I posted an original reply here and contacted BBB. Then was threatened with a lawsuit for slander. I changed my reply to only reflect the facts and how I felt dealing with this organization. The truth is, I think the service and company are trash and will not be intimidated by their threats. The 1st Amendment and anti-SLAPP laws protect me from their vial threats and intimidation. I do not recommend them for use. Advise you to conduct research on other companies and their guarantees. I found one from TX that works and had exceptional customer service. They continue to threaten legal action, lie about me contacting them and have had this review removed once already. Shameful. I do not expect a refund or any additional "action" from them. I got service from ladybug wireless for a month. The router they provide does not have solid connection when near other Internet data users. Not useful for truck drivers. May be useful for rural areas that have a good cellular connection. I asked to cancel. They sent me a long winded email basically begging me to stay. I basically told them it was pathetic to beg. The owner got frustrated with me and stated that I am not welcome back. Their online portal doesn't work. I couldn't login. They may fix it at some point but at the moment it's broke. read more

I have been using Ladybug Wireless for over 2 years now. I also have tried Fixed Wireless & recently just tried Starlink. Let me just say that Ladybug Wireless can't be beat!! The fixed wireless throttles your speeds & has low data limits. And while Starlink has some great download speeds, when its working, those speeds are never consistent & then you have to deal with the constant disconnections! Very frustrating! Ladybug Wireless was recommended to us by my sister who also lives "out of town". So far our service has been great. We had to get some help with alignment since finding the right tower can be tricky, so if you are not handy - you need a friend who is willing to help. We have been using Ladybug Wireless for over 5 months and we are very happy with the service. When communicating with them, they are quick to respond. We live in the middle of nowhere Illinois but have decent enough service to be running 2 TVs, 2 tablets, and 3 cellphones without issue. We have had Satellite and it was just over priced, useless, and slow. It seems expensive at first but that's only because you have to pay for the modem and 1st months use all at the same time. The amount we pay is worth it especially since we were able to cut the cable cord and now just stream services. read more

We bought a second home in rural Maine this summer and searched for internet providers. The options i found did not have great reviews or did not service the area. Then i googled "rural internet providers" and found Ladybug. On my first call it was clear that I was speaking to the owner (OK, when has that ever happened??) --- who divulged that she sometimes works in customer service to keep in touch with what customers are needing. That was an impressive start and we bought in. Since, it has only gotten better. The device worked exceedingly well, and tech service was great. Then my son stuck it in a window for better service and it got wet in a rainstorm. We ordered a replacement and because of COVID shipping delays, the company wanted to make sure that when they received a new device, that it reached us as soon as possible. On their dime, they overnight shipped it to us. From Texas to Maine. Everytime we call, they are responsive and helpful. The emails back are friendly. Outstanding Customer Service, that first and foremost is what is delivered by Ladybug Wireless. I was truly surprised by the level of commitment and the "Will Do" attitude. I am very demanding, expect a lot of technology and even more of anything my hard earned dollars are spent on. This service is fabulous. Obviously your mileage may vary based on the LTE coverage you have available, I lucked out and have a strong provider here in rural West Texas. This is not a testimony to the how well the service works, though it does work great. There are way too many circumstances to pledge that it will work for everyone equally as well as it does me. However, the commitment I feel I have from Ladybug comforts me in knowing if there is ever an issue, they will be right there to help me out. Additionally for those circumspect of this service model, it is a real product and a legitimate service. Thus far all of the commitments made to me have been honored and met. I am extremely happy with my home internet service from Ladybug. I have achieved speeds in the 45 Mbps Synchronously (Yeah!), but usually in the neck of 30 Mbps considering the WISP I left was delivering less than 1 Mbps in the evenings I am elated. My experience has shown roughly 35-50 ms latency usually closer to the 50. I hope this helps in your decision making process, good luck. I live in Sunset, TX and even finding a internet service provider was difficult. When we did finally find a provider HughsNet was the only provider in our are area. We have two children who game and stream Netflix, YouTube, ect. Even before Hughsnet would drop our speeds we could not stream two devices at one time. So, if someone was on the computer you could not watch TV. When we found Ladybug Wireless we were able to stream from mutiple devices as well as work on the computer. Thank God for Ladybug Wireless! I would have given a 5 star review if the service would have worked for us because they were so helpful in getting everything set up. But, it did not work well for us because of our location and our need for a reliable service. We had to return the modem, but were only given half the refund because the box was damaged. We received a damaged box so it wasn't even something we did. I would just caution any potential customers to be aware that the box must be in pristine condition when returning it and that if it is damaged when you receive it to let them know immediately. read more

We live on Hwy. 59 a few miles from Montague, Tx. We had "service" with Verizon using a hotbox. All we could get out here in the country. After about 3 days, our speed was dropped to so slow we couldn't use Netflix or much of anything else. Ladybug fixed that little problem. Wonderful service, high speed with no drop in speed. Cheaper than Verizon also. Shalene is knowledgeable and only wants you to be satisfied with your service. Came after hours at our convenience. You can't go wrong here! read more
