The online shopping experience was good, smooth delivery process, and thry send you emails so we could track our plants and see when they would likely to be delivered. We brought a dwarf Lychee tree from these guys as they claimed they specialise in fruit trees and dwarf species. However, the plant died in less than a week of purchase. We followed all the instructions attached to the plant to the letter. We contacted the nursery before writing this review to give them the chance to rectify the situation and they were very dismissive. We were told, "Does a pet store refund when the dog dies? No". Bunning offer a 12 month guarantee of plants purchased. We will be buying from there in future and would not recommend buying fruit trees here as it's not cheap and you take a considerable risk it will be a waste of money. We also had very poor customer service at the nursery. We were the only ones in the nursery at the time and spent quite some time trying to select a plant and no one approached to help. We had to keep asking for help and when we enquired why the tags on the plants said something different to what they told us we were told the tags were just "generic" and not specific to the particular plant and species indicated?! All in all, not a positive experience at all and we won't go back or recommend. read more
