Everything was absolutely amazing. What really stood out to me, though, was the owner's kindness and customer service. He noticed my elderly aunt was getting overheated in the sun and immediately offered her a chair in the shade along with a complimentary bottle of water. He also found out it was my mother's birthday and surprised her with a delicious Orange Julius drink on the house. He took the time to come out, chat with us, and genuinely make us feel welcomed and appreciated. That kind of hospitality is rare these days. Your food is already overly expensive and you expected customers to absorb the cost when the food was made incorrectly or not edible? This is a sure way of losing customers.
