I'm on phone conversations with her and her husband explaining the route and time after time he would take a wrong turn. Go straight for 4 miles, nope, turned in one mile, consistently went the opposite way I told him to go, they were 4 miles from my home when they said it was getting too late and they were going home. No offer to come when I hired them to come, company expected house is big and no time left in my schedule to do it. I absolutely would not hire this family business.
