I always love seeing the furniture vacuumed. I so appreciate the cleanliness of the bathrooms - and the mirrors look almost new they are so clean. I think Nadia did a very nice job - she was very friendly and left a sweet note for us! You really can't go wrong with TLC - they let you know every step of the way what to expect and are so willing to make any adjustments if needed. If I have a question I get an immediate answer. I've had 3 cleaners so far and all 3 met or actually exceeded my expectations! I get the basic cleaning done once a month and love that I can add extra services on if needed through their app.

After explaining to her that GPS does not get you to our home and I would have to give her directions she completely ignored me and followed gps to a destination 10 miles as the crow flies. I'm on phone conversations with her and her husband explaining the route and time after time he would take a wrong turn. Go straight for 4 miles, nope, turned in one mile, consistently went the opposite way I told him to go, they were 4 miles from my home when they said it was getting too late and they were going home. No offer to come when I hired them to come, company expected house is big and no time left in my schedule to do it. I absolutely would not hire this family business.
