They were very accommodating and able to make it in two separate visits to coincide with my packing while pregnant. Today Holly came to clean my bathroom, vents, and window sills ... I honestly had no idea my window sills could be that clean and white and she even cleaned my patio door without being asked. It is so spotless it looks like my door isn't even there and so much bright light is coming in. My only complaint is not having it done while I was still living here so I could enjoy how clean it is instead of the next tenant. Highly recommend ! TLC Cleaners is, in my opinion, the best home cleaning company in the Fargo/Moorhead community. Their employees arrive on time, listen to instructions, and get to work. They have been my cleaning company for 4 years and I have never been disappointed. My home is cleaned by Sandra B and I have come to depend on her. She is thoughtful, leaving little niceties such as straightening up the bookshelf to give it a more decorative touch. She let's me know when she is arriving and follows protocols for leaving. TLC cleaning provides professional cleaners once a month to clean my condo. They arrive on time, listen to instructions, get right to work, and leave my home sparkling. There are no streaks, smears or water marks on the glass shower door, mirrors or windows. The floors and carpets are scrubbed and vacuumed. All surfaces are dusted and arranged neatly. The cleaners leave many extras such as folding towels, arranging pillows, and arranging items the counters. This is our first experience with having our house professionally cleaned. It would be difficult for anyone else to live up the high standards set by TLC. If there is a problem (which I've never had), there are specific people dedicated to quality control who will come and inspect your house and retrain your cleaner. They did a fantastic job with our apartment move-out cleaning & carpet cleaning! Iris was super responsive to all my questions and concerns. When our management company tried to accuse us of having mold in our washing machine, TLC cleaning went back and re-cleaned it to ensure that it was spotless! Also, we weren't charged a single penny for cleaning services from our *crappy* management company (who has a history of charging for cleaning for already clean apartments)! Cleaners were not that friendly smelled of smoke that lingered in my home after they left even. The owner is very fake and likes to be a spotlight after talking to her I was very dissatisfied with her responses. I would'nt recommend them to anyone I know. Maybe it was just a bad for them who knows but I used another company after that however I found them great but they were very booked up not a real flexible time line but worth the wait. read more

I had TLC do the move out cleaning and carpet cleaning when i moved out of a goldmark apartment. There were no cleaning fees and i couldnt have been happier with how the apartment looked. TLC guarantees their work. When goldmark complained about one little dust bunny.
