First of all, the price is very reasonable and the quality is AMAZING ! We made appointment with her 2 months prior to my son's arrival and we sent her 10 poses that we liked from her website. She also recommended us to come early to discuss about the poses so she could make them unique for us. I dont really understand those negative feedbacks that other people gave Tina like this is not a daycare. Her job is not to babysit your baby or YOU, her job is to take beautiful pictures for you or/and the baby which she does very well. We will definitely come back when my baby turns 1 year old :). She even brought an assistant and make the process extremely seamless and easy for everyone. My baby was a little fussy during the shoot, however, Liz was able to comfort her safely. Liz was not only patient and kind to my baby, but all of her props and studio set up were hygienic which made me feel more secure leaving my baby in her watch. I searched high and low for someone who could take heirloom portraits for my little one. I…read morecontacted 3 photographers and Cristal was the only one that contacted me immediately through text. Heirloom portraits are more of a southern thing so I sent her inspiration pictures for reference. She said she could do it so I ended up booking her for a session. She had tons of props and outfits to choose from. We decided to go the simpler route and opted for no props with a simple white background. The session ended up being 15 minutes (she said she got THE shot). After about a week, Cristal sent me a soft proof gallery with about 75 photos to choose from. I picked my 12 and texted her feedback on the ones I wanted more/less cropped. She also nailed the vignette on the heirloom portraits; it was exactly what I was looking for! She sent me a second gallery with my 12 picks, also including them in B&W and different editing styles (34 total). Cristal had great communication, and will go above and beyond to make sure you love your pictures! I would highly recommend her if you live in the IE area. One tiny note, 4 photos have a faint line at the top. It looks like the editing filter wasn't taken all the way up. With that being said, not the end of the world and would gladly book her again.
